I like the way she extended the tat (Kelis did the same with the single flower she had on her back) and I like that she’s good to her friend (she doesn’t have to be…she could very well link up with Nicole Ritchie or Paris to garner attention…they adore her and would love to drag behind her)…I even like how she accessorizes nail polish with jewelery…BUT I don’t think that casual hoodie dress looks right over black tights and pumps… It doesn’t work…it looks like she’s wearing athletic gear to the prom or something.
