Ne-Yo - Lets Just Be (full) - ♫ LISTEN ♫
A rumored “new” track from Ne-Yo’s new album, Year of The Gentleman, entitled “Let’s Just Be” was leaked online on Tuesday. I’m a big Ne-Yo fan, so when he released his up tempo lead single “Closer” I was like damn, he is trying to flip the script on us! Nevertheless, I’m feeling this mellow track and I’m actually anxious to see how the “Closer” video is going to turn out after seeing those dope photos last week.

Rick Ross ft. Nelly & Avery Storm - Here I Am (full) - ♫ LISTEN ♫
Rick Ross’ “Here I Am” featuring Nelly is rumored to be the 3rd release off of Rick’s sophomore release, Trilla. The track also features singer Avery Storm, who is signed to Nelly’s Derrty ENT label. It’s definitely a summer track and I’m not going to lie, I could see myself riding to it. But this is coming from a person who still bumps “Hustlin’” like it’s new. lol. However, I’m kinda over the computerized vocals, but I guess that’s hot on the radio now.

Fefe Dobson - He Smiled (Take My Heart) (full) - ♫ LISTEN ♫
Remember Fefe Dobson? She had a couple hits back in ‘03 and was signed to Island Def Jam, only to be dropped a couple years later? Well she has been on the low for the past few years trying to get her new music together. Some people even say Rihanna is biting off her style, but that’s a whole ‘nother post. Anyway, check out her rock/pop/punk infused song “He Smiled (Take My Heart)” from her upcoming independent release. It ain’t that bad.

Lee Carr - Stiletto (full) - ♫ LISTEN ♫
Lee Carr was featured on CL’s “Hot or Not’ spot last month and the new Jive/ZLG signee finally released his first official single, “Stiletto.” Think The Dream. I say that because it sounds like a song he left on the cutting room floor. Not to mention, it was produced by Los (who co-produced J. Holiday’s “Bed” and The Dream “Shawty is A Ten”). He needs to try again with this. It’s very lackluster.
