Everybody stay healthy. Put down the porkchops and bbq ribs. Leave the Black N Milds and blunts alone. Don’t get drunk off the Hennessey and the codeine Kool-Aid. Don’t even think about touching the gasoline, the shrooms, the sherms…aka Sherman Hemsley, the acid, the antifreeze, the Raid, the Bengal, the Hot Shot, the toothpaste from china, the Kiwi shoe polish, the “special” brownies, or the individually wrapped cornbread.

I hope she gets better. I really want her to bring out another true R&B album that mimics her songs like “breathe again” and “how could an angel break my heart” I loved her voice and at that time when it was her, deborah cox, monica, brandy, etc. out R&B was doing it’s thing. I like pop but R&B is better and it’s time to return to it instead of the garbage mainstream music out. Honestly outside of ALicia KEys being mainstream they have downplayed R&B and Jazz like Chaka, Queen LAtifah, Erykah, Tamia, Jill. It’s time to bring it back.

I hope Toni feels better I know she had a scare with breast cancer some time back. When I was reading this on global grind I thought to myself I hope she is okay.
