Check out Alicia Keys’ new video for her 3rd single “Teenage Love Affair” off of the As I Am album. She filmed the video on location at Drew University in New Jersey earlier this month.
I definitely love how she paid homage to the classic Spike Lee film School Daze and they even made sure to add Spike’s signature floating move in the video. Very nicely done. Look for cameos from: Derek Luke, Jackie Long and more.
Ok, I guess i am the only one who is not feeling this song. ever since i first heard it on the cd i thought…..this could be on a soundtrack of all of the teachers lives that mess with the little kids at school. lol. so i guess i stand alone. but the rest of her album is hot tho. ive been a big fan of alicia keys since she first came out.
I was watching them film that day. my family members (dad and brother in law) work at Drew and I grew up the street from the college. word up.

I’m in love with this Video. I’ve always loved Alicia from the beginning, and everyone underestimates her as a serious contender for Queen of R&B. Horrible song, nice refreshing video but it still came off kind of boring to me, Alicia Keys does not excite me at all.
Also, I’m surprised she didn’t feature any AKA stuff in the video since she’s an AKA, but i guess she doesn’t really care about that stuff since she went through grad chapter.
