They could never remake this movie because they’d never find young actors who could have the same impact…Laurence and those other actors are/were just phenomenal… And, it wouldn’t have an impact because it’s just a fact that color bias exists in our race (and others) and it’s not changing…so a movie like this, to such a backwards generation of kids, would only reinforce stereotypes and prejudices…

aww this is nice. alicia is really showing some good acting skills. even in her little semi-show on mtv. If my favorite novel “White Lines” by Tracy Brown was to be a movie ..i think Alicia would fit the main characters role perfectly. they way they described her looks just like her! watching this vid reminded me of the book so i had to just say that. umm google that book people im telling you its good. even better than the coldest winter ever! hey Abgel, you should consider posts about great urban books, or just great books ..maybe ?

Great concept. Anyone noticed it was actually a twist from the original. Dereke ’s character was like Lawrence Fishburne, and Alicia was just like Tichia’s character that’s why they were sneeking around. A wannabe and a pro black lol that was different from the movie remember they stuck with there own kinds in the movie. Looks like someone finally woke upPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Big brother almighty still is fine in my opinion, Was my eyes seeing things or was that Anthony hamilton I also spotted getting his cameo . I saw Jackie in there as well.
