I LOVED THE VIDEO AND THE SCHOOL DAZE CONCEPT WAS SO CUTE! I ONLY HEARD THE SONG ABOUT TWO DAYS AGO AND THOUGHT I LIKE THE SONG. BECAUSE TO BE HONEST THIS CD, I WASN’T REALLY DIGGING AT ALL.

BUT THIS SONG I LIKE AND SEEING THE VIDEO YESTERDAY ON MTV,MADE ME LIKE IT EVEN MORE. I HAD TO LAUGH WHEN I SAW IT BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER(WHO IS ONLY 14) WAS WATCHING WITH ME AND SHE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHY I GOT A KICK OUT OF THE VIDEO SO MUCH. SHE’S NEVER SEEN SCHOOL DAZE-I STILL HAVE IT ON VHS-I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO UPGRADED THE MOVIE TO DVD. I WATCHED THAT MOVIE SO MANY TIMES.

I like that Giancarlo Esposito-Julian,”Big Brother Almighty” was in the video. What would have been even HOTTER,if Tisha “Jane Toussaint”(than just) Campbell-Martin and Jasmine”Dina” Guy would have danced with her in the video!

Great video. Alicia and Derek Luke look great. I’ve had As I Am on my iPod since it came out, and I’ve never heard this song. “Lessons Learned” was SOOOO DOPE, that I never got past it - maybe I’ll give it another try.
