Its ok. Im not really excited about this album anymore. The material Ive heard is pretty lack luster. Im looking for bangers like: Burn, Can You Handle It, Thats What its Made For, Do It To Me etc…

Its not bad, but even though I am a big fan of Usher, he is obviously very out of touch with his fans. The music is just not connecting in my opinion. I haven’t heard anything besides “Moving Mountains” that has me excited about this album. Damn, I think I may like Chris Brown’s music better right now…I may still cop the album though.

Jay still showing these mc’s how it’s done (and Nas). Jay killed this track. Absolute fiyah and will be a big hit when it’s released. Ursh don’t sound that bad either. His vocals have definitely grown.

People need to grow the F up! Confessions, Reasonable Doubt and say the Blueprint….people want these 2 to recreate those albums. They are classics, so no need for that. Open your ears to lyrics not the beats! I bet w/o googling the lyrics to Lollipop no one would know them. Maybe the hook but that’s it. It’s the beat that has you hooked! I guess if Usher/Jayz came out w/ a song w the voicebox (ie TPain, Weezy, Snoop) people would be happy. What would Usher look like trying to make a Confessions II..he would get slammed for that. Black people we need to stop dogging out the people in our culture! Where would Hip Hop & R/B be w/o these two? Half these rappers would still be in the hood if not for Jay, especially with his business savvy. Where would Neyo, CBreezy or Omarion be w/o Usher to lead the way for them. They have opened many doors for our culture and Im seeing alot of hate!

i actually like it…and please move on from Confessions damn..just like E=MC2 is not going to be like the Emancipation of Mimi. Or Dangerously in Love Bee will never make a cd like that. Like PLZ said..those are classics. Let the damn artist grow and give them room to be even better. I actually am looking forward to his cd..everyone thats talking shit will be at Target on Tuesday buying that new Usher cd lol.

It’s alright. I am here for the music. I don’t have to support anyone. If the music touches me regardless of race, I will buy it. I’m not looking for a classic but I am looking for something that is worthy of a few gallons of gas. Usher’s new album doesn’t do it. These folks are already successful, they don’t need me to survive. I am sick and tired of people thinking I owe someone who would not know if I’m alive or dead something. These people are artists not my fam or friends. Bottom line: Good music, I will rep for you! Sucky lame music when you had four years to get your act together, you are left on your own to someone who really cares.
