I feel so bad for the young girl that was shot. Its such a shame the women can’t even walk down the street without men trying to holla at them and if you dont answer, they get mad and do stupid things like curse you out, spit at you, or even as in this case shoot you. Men cannot stand rejection, its like their enemy. I am only 23 yrs old and have grown to hate men because they are straight up dogs - they lie, cheat, have at least 3 girls to them, and are nasty at the mouth and with what they do. Its a shame how much their parents try to raise them well, and they turn out ugly inside and out. I am sorry to sterotype, but goodness..I havent been able to walk anywhere around my block without being harrassed by thirsty wack dudes on the corner who want nothing but ass. What the hell is the world coming to and where are the respectful, non-ignorant men at. DAMN lol!

Why is it that all of these people making comments about Obama being murdered, are trying to play it off like its a bad joke. On the bottom ticker they were talking about Obama. And then all of a sudden they totally switched subjects and started talking about Osama. But it was like no break between the subjects, and I was confused at first, and then I realized what they did.

Are you based here in Orlando b/c I didn’t know this story made national news. What a tragic accident for a promising young lady. May GOD lead the Orange County Sheriffs to these suspects because this crime was absolutely unnecessary.

This a prime example on why you can vote on someone because of race. Its too late to try to throw this man out. The city knew what kind of man this was before he was sworn in. He didnt just start going to strip clubs and throwing parties. Where was the city counsel during the first term. It’s kind of hard to tell on someone when you getting your party on too I guess. As an Orlando resident who works in public transportation here, I see the potential makings for even more of this type of unfortunate situation to happen again.

I was just mentioning to my wife how there seems to be more intense spiritual stronghold over Orlando even more so than other cities I have visited and lived in. I lived the first 38 years of my life born and raised in New York City (Relocated to Orlando in 2001) and I can truthfully say that proportionately, the foolish crimes happen down here even more so pound for pound than where I came from! I have a very unique perspective of this city because the first few years living here I worked as a corrections officer in the county jail.

The image of Orlando is quite different from reality. The schools and educational system is far below standard. I have a high school education (But a strong drive to read and be informed) yet can hold a conversation on ANY subject with people who hold degrees here! Some of who I can’t understand HOW they have achieved what they have achieved while being as functionally illiterate as they are! This is not a put down but fact! Anyone who comes here from up north will agree.

The standards here are lower. The expectations here are lower. There is a frustration amongst honest hard working people here so the thugs REALLY have it bad and therefore are doing some REALLY stupid stuff. It will always happen when you have no understanding of how a civil society is supposed to work and one is uneducated and ignorant of how you as an individual has an expected level of civil behavior and respect for the laws of the land.

In all my years growing up in New York City, I NEVER had a problem navigating the streets at all times of night ’cause the unwritten rule was that when something bad happened to someone, it was either because the victim messed with their money or their woman or some major violation. Observers would mumble, “Well for that person to get shot/killed it had to be where they where doing SOMETHING!” Nine times out of ten there was a reason although taking someones life or injurying them is still wrong. Down here in Orange County, you can get shot randomly for doing nothing except being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The thugs here are resentful of ANYTHING positive it seems and will kill you just because. They are jealous and only want to violate/use the women that they try to “holla” at in the first place. Their standards are below scale and the funny part is, there are many (In the minority to be honest) women who truely love the pants hanging down, fake dreadlock wearin’ (These guys don’t even know the righteous connotations of the Rastafarian lifestyle) stink smellin (When they get on my bus you can smell their backside and balls as they pay their fare!) foul mouth, ignorant, non vision having, non ambitious leeches who only live to experience the next bodily function (Sh*tting & Pis*ing, Eating, Sleeping & Sex) !

Just yesterday as I rode my bike for a little exercise down Apopka-Vineland road I couldn’t help but feel proud at how many beautiful Black sisters of ALL ages, shapes, colors and sizes I saw walking-jogging-running after a hard days work in order to maintain themselves out of a self respect and love for themselves. I must have been a strange site for these women because I saw absolutely NO OTHER BROTHERS out there trying to take care of themselves! I must say that there are good brothers here but they seem to be a dwindling few remaining. What hurt me is that although my appearance spoke for itself (My biker gear, “high-end” hybrid bicycle and helmet) they still appeared subtlely frightened and tense as I gave them right of way on the narrow pathway as I passed them by. I could only think of how they may have been traumatized in the same fashion as Mildred Breubrun for attention and may have thought I might have done the same thing in some disrespectful manner. That really hurt me. I am a married man who wasn’t even thinking in any indecent manner toward them and wished deep down I could compliment them as they passed for their efforts.

We need to turn to God for guidance and help with everything that is
happening in this world. Ignorance of this magnitude should not
and will not be tolerated. Yes, God has a plan for us all. I am proud
of Obama for not trashing his competitors. This shows that the man
definitely has class. I believe anything is possible though Christ.

As far as the lady that got shot, I pray that God dispatched his
angels to take care and protect her while she is recuping from
her injuries. It is a shame that some young men have no respect for themselves
or anybody else. The men need to repent for their stupidity and also
turn their selves in to the authorities. The young men definitely need
some counseling. They have to understand that kind words will get
any womens attention, not negativity.

Hard times will be coming, therefore we need to get on our knees and
pray for guidance.
