On Thursday, Sen. Barack Obama said he was “deeply disappointed” by a supporter’s sermon at Trinity United Church of Christ that mocked his Democratic nomination rival Sen. Hillary Clinton.
Michael Pfleger also apologized for Sunday’s sermon in which he said Clinton felt “entitled” to the nomination and that “there’s a black man stealing [her] show”.
In a statement from the Obama campaign, the candidate said: “As I have traveled this country, I’ve been impressed not by what divides us, but by all that that unites us. That is why I am deeply disappointed in Father Pfleger’s divisive, backward-looking rhetoric, which doesn’t reflect the country I see or the desire of people across America to come together in common cause.”
Pfleger, the white pastor of predominantly black Saint Sabina Roman Catholic Church, said he regretted his choice of words: “These words are inconsistent with Senator Obama’s life and message and I am deeply sorry if they offended Senator Clinton or anyone else who saw them.”
Clinton’s campaign denounced Pfleger’s comments: “Divisive and hateful language like that is totally counterproductive in our efforts to bring our party together and have no place at the pulpit or in our politics,” the campaign said in a statement. “We are disappointed that Senator Obama didn’t specifically reject Father’s Pfleger’s despicable comments about Senator Clinton, and assume he will do so.”
CLINTON FACES PRESSURE

Sen. Hillary Clinton has been under pressure to quit the race. However a new pressure has emerged from Democratic Party leaders who are sending messages to superdelegates urging them to make a choice once primary voting ends Tuesday.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Speaker Nancy Peolosi are intent on bringing the nomination battle to an end so the Democrats can focus their attention on the general election. “We’re going to urge folks to make a decision quickly — next week,” Reid said in a radio interview in Nevada. “We agree there won’t be a fight at the convention.” Pelosi has said that if the nomination was not settled by the end of June, she would step in to resolve it.
With only three primaries left — Puerto Rico on Sunday, South Dakota and Montana on Tuesday — Clinton trails Sen. Barack Obama by about 200 delegates. However, she is hoping to revive her candidacy on Saturday when the Rules and Bylaws Committee meets to resolve a dispute whether to seat delegates from Florida and Michigan. Clinton won both states in January, but because they violated party rules by holding their elections too early, the results were nullified. Clinton wants those votes to count and if that happens, she would pick up over 100 more delegates than Obama. Although that would not put her in the lead, it might allow her to plead with superdelegates that the race was close enough to give her the nomination.
MURDOCH PREDICTS ELECTION OUTCOME
Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has some bad news for presumptive Republican nominee Sen. John McCain: You’re going to lose. Big time.
At a conference earlier this week, the News Corp. chairman said, “You have got the Obama phenomenon. You have got, undoubtedly, a recession…The average American is really getting hurt financially and that all bodes well for [Obama]. You have probably the making of a complete phenomenon in this country.”
Murdoch, who calls himself a friend of McCain, said the Arizona senator has made so many compromises that it’s unclear where he stands on the major issues. He thinks Obama will have an overwhelming victory and also praised the Illinois senator, calling him a “rock star”.
wow clinton
I had this on the radio this morning it is just crazy.
Murdoch is right Obama will win
1. I didn’t know Catholic priest went hard like this LOLOLOL…..honestly I don’t see Y they are making a big deal about this when they did not make as big of a deal about Liz Trotta calling Obama “Osama” and saying he should be assassinated or the Huckabee statement about Obama being assassinated.
2. I know it shouldn’t have been funny but I laughed my ass off when I watched it the first time and found my self say “Preach”
3. Is Bill O’Reilly going to denounce Murdoch now for semi-endorsing Obama?
Saturday’s decision by the Bylaw and Rules committee will be very interesting. I have mixed opinions because while I don’t think it’s fair that MI and FL delegates will not be seated at the convention, they did violate the rules and both Clinton and Obama agreed not to campaign there. Obama took his name off the MI ticket, so Clinton cannot rightfully claim that as a win. Also, Obama didn’t campaign in FL and many were not as familiar with him them, as they are now. I really hope these SD’s come forward to end this mess. Obama only needs 41 delegates to reach the magic number!
As always: REGISTER TO VOTE!!!!
Wow! Shut up! I can’t believe the old Ruler of the Media World Rupert…actually said that…I still can’t stand him….anywho he’s right about the whole Barack thing…
Okay now as for Father Pfleger…what he’s said was quite funny and true! I actually laughed everytime they showed it…I personally think that I will go to his church on Sunday just to hear one of his sermons. I mean come on, Hillary’s “tears” were as fake as [insert whatever you own that is a knock off weave, coach bag, monolo's] it was a total publicity stunt and now she’s trying to drag this whole political race on until august because she can’t seem to face the fact that the people didn’t choose her (nor did the delegates)…she’s sooo thirsty and quite pathetic. But on a lighter note she would make a great Vice President!
WOW, dude at trinity church kept it real . . . ., I didnt know that a white catholic father could be so funny. He must have a church in the hood.
great post, J. I really hope Clinton throws in the towel soon. If this goes to the convention at the end of August, then Obama will only have September and October to travel the U.S. and make his stand. That is not enough time to combat against McCain in rallies and in televised debates.
Even if Hillary somehow wins the nomination in August, she also will only have 2 months to formally campaign as the Democratic hopeful, and the Vice President hopeful needs time as well to campaign.
Democrats, we are running out of time!!
Oh yeah to YYesIt’sMe!!:
O’Reilly can’t really say anything in opposition to Murdoch’s statement…simply because Murdoch can fire him…however he might let something slide through just because he’s super outrageous when it comes to those liberal supporters…but not to much slander because Murdoch is the one in charge of Fox and everything else in the media world…
@ J. Dakar
How come I’ve haven’t seen any ” J.Dakar On” pieces this month? Last two post of those were very interesting and brought good convo on the blog.
@3 yes he did go hard. i watched it this moring before i came to work.
GREAT POST! Im not going to say I agree with everything Father Michael said because making it a race thing did take it a little too far…but Hilary did feel very much entitled to the presidency, and she did underestimate Obama because she felt he didnt have the “experience” to even be a threat to her campaign.
Clinton needs to bow out and should of done so months ago. It’s already been determined that if they do seat the delegates from FL and MI that by law they CANT seat ALL of them. So even if she gets what she wants Saturday, Obama will still have the lead.
I’m proud of Obama! He kept it pretty clean throughout the campaign and didn’t let a lot of the ups and downs of this process to break him. He emerges from it all stronger and more competent in my eyes to lead this country and bring about the change we desperately need. OBAMA ’08!!!
Pfleger’s comments had a lot truth in them but went to far with the mocking. Of course Hillary’s camp is going to jump on it.
Any who, Hillary need to quit becouse this Democratic race is clearly over. She is just delaying the inevitable.
OBAMA “08″
murdoch endorsing a democratic candidate???
somebody please inform me when hell froze over….
Obama is A ROCK STAR! lol
man o man –Either way, MURDOUCh will still make enormous amount of money a minute!!!
doesnt get paid to broadcast speeches, debates, etc on his networks and channels?!
he probably could sway the public to vote 4 who he wants to see win the presidential election.
Obama needs to stay focused and above the foolishness. He can’t be wasting his time responding to every offensive comment made by people he knows or who support him. Just like everyone else in the world he can only be accountable for what he says — we all have family and friends that we love and support, but we don’t always agree with them –
He may as well make the broad statement ” I am not responsible for anything unless it comes out of my mouth”.
look… im from chicago
father pfleger gets crunk. his church is st. sabina in THE HEART of the hood (southwest side, not TOO far from my crib lol) and he does more for the Black community that any other white person in the city…
It’s not about color. He’s a great person who is well respected in Chicago… and he spoke the truth. He also apologized for his negative impact on Obama’s campaign IMMEDIATELY.
I’m just tired of my city putting their proverbial feet in their mouths lol… oh well.
Chi-city is my city regardless.
Michael Pfleger should NEVER apologize for telling the truth.
Like they say the TRUTH hurts… Nuff said
Maybe Obama needs to change churches. The reason why people think he’s ok with the mission statement and the remarks flowing from the pulpit is because he keeps on attending and paying his tithes there. I getting a little confused myself.
Oh please on Rupert Murdoch. This is the guy who is responsible for Myspace, and the fox news network. This is not the John F kennedy election where obama will be able to buy and favor out the presidental election( that how Rupert Murdoch handles all his competion just as the family that us to own the wall street journal) at this point in the race they are neck and neck with Mccain slightly head in the approval rate. At this point its anybodys game.
McCain 08′
I had to laugh. He was entertaining and had so much truth to what he was saying. Hillary it is time to let it go. I gave you the benefit of doubt in the beginning. But you and your dirty politics and unemotional rhetoric have soured your name in this arena. America does not want you and we have a bigger picture to focus our energy towards. Just because you are well off there are people that are not so while dragging this on does not effect you (i use that loosely). I definitely affects the rest of us. Your time has come. Stop comparing this to when other people ran. The political climate was different and America was different. Just stop !
it really was funny when i saw it on the news. but on the other hand it’s not really funny because it seems like these people of power don’t understand that they are actually hurting Obama in the long run! Just trying to get their 15 minutes of shine on! Clinton needs to let go!
The truth hurts!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hillary has used little sneaky racial tones the whole election.
No one says anything.
She also comes across as sneaky.
What Liz Trotta said was extremely horrible and in front of the whole country.
No big deal. Neither is this.
Obama isnt responsible for what and how others think.
He has been open and honest the whole process.
The people have spoken and it is time for Hilary to accept her loss.
I dont care if your back or white
I want the best for the country.
And Obama is clearly what we need.
VOTE OBAMA 08
yes the church is in the hood…lol…
wow Rupert Murdoch said that about obama. anyway i gettin sick of this pastor said wat. wat he sayin is kind of true but people aint ready 4 the truth. obama doesnt need to waste his two cents on this bullsh*t. let them keep on hatin . also wat is clinto doing she is jus seperating the democratic party even more. come on nowobama only needs 41 more delegates to get the nom compared to your 200 and something stll needed. do u think u still have a chance. he will be in the white house. obama 08!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I don’t understand how come everytime someone says something about Clinton the media always wanna blame Obama yet in West Virginia those people openly said they don’t wanna see a black man as President and Clinton gets no blame. Come on now. Either you blame them both or you blame no one. Personally you can’t blame the candidates for what people say, but I didn’t see Clinton make a statement about people in West Virginia being racists. In fact she celebrated her win there saying if you can’t win West Virginia you can’t win the general election.
I just want to know what is up with the security in Trinity? After the whole Wright fiasco, they shouldn’t even allow video taping of any of their services. I’m starting to think that they are taping and selling the tapes for profit themselves.
Now Father Pfleger has a church in right in the hood on the Southside and is a very popular and well known father in Chicago. I don’t know how this will affect him but I do know one thing, it was one of the most funniest things I’ve seen in a long time. He was preaching like a baptist pastor not a Catholic father. I may have to pay St. Sabina a visit when I am in the city….lol
I wonder why these sermons are blown up like this but when the supporters of Repubican nominees make racists or insensitive comments, you will see them in the news for a 30 second segment and then never again. This has nothing to do with Obama because I’m sure that he will not EVER be seen in Trinity again and Father Pfleger is not his clergyman. Get over it media…Obama is your next President!
#9: I postponed this month’s J. Dakar On to do some extensive research. Be sure to check out next month’s feature, though!
i like pastor Michael Pfleger , does anybody know where he preaches. this man speaks the truth. he breaks it down so good. that was funny how he was imitating clinton. he is a comedian!!!!!!!!! i heard him talk on anotha video on fox news online where he was talking about how our great leaders where killed by the govt because they were speaking the truth. JFK, MARTIN, MALCOLM here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpIgVpjxyUw. they look like the be gettin down in that church fo real. but on some real im sick of them comparing politics wit the gospels/ the church. politicians speech politics and preachers etc preach the word of god. LIKE HE SAID HE IS RUNNIN 4 JESUS!!! now if u want to disagree wit wat they say and take wat they saying out of context u messing wit the most powerful force cause wat they preach is right in the most famous and powerful book ever created THE BIBLE. u gonna hav to answer the man up stairs!!!!!!!!!!!!
Father Mike and preachers like him are the reason people stay away from churches. What does Hilary or Barack have to do with the message of a loving God? They ruin the church/religious experience for intelligent people who are going for a true message. Thumbs down to them all. I’m glad I stay home on Sunday morning and do my own thing.
Props to Murdock! He’s just calling it as he sees it. Besides the fact that McCain is a war hero, what else does he really have going for him? His policies will not move the country ahead and we really don’t need a 3rd term of Bush policies.
Hilary needs to step down. I like her, but sometimes you just have to face the facts. It’s over Mrs. Clinton. You had a good run, now fall back and support your party like a true democrat. After all, it’s not about Hilary or Barack, it’s about the party and the country and Barck is cleary the man for the job.
http://www.houstonpress.c...rack-obama-screamed-at-me
Obama has spent his entire political career trying to win the next step up. Every three years, he has aspired to a more powerful political position.
He was just 35 when in 1996 he won his first bid for political office. Even many of his staunchest supporters, such as Black, still resent the strong-arm tactics Obama employed to win his seat in the Illinois Legislature.
Obama hired fellow Harvard Law alum and election law expert Thomas Johnson to challenge the nominating petitions of four other candidates, including the popular incumbent, Alice Palmer, a liberal activist who had held the seat for several years, according to an April 2007 Chicago Tribune report.
Obama found enough flaws in the petition sheets — to appear on the ballot, candidates needed 757 signatures from registered voters living within the district — to knock off all the other Democratic contenders. He won the seat unopposed.
“A close examination of Obama’s first campaign clouds the image he has cultivated throughout his political career,” wrote Tribune political reporters David Jackson and Ray Long. “The man now running for president on a message of giving a voice to the voiceless first entered public office not by leveling the playing field, but by clearing it.”
I GUESS ALL OF YOU SAYING PFLEGER IS RIGHT DISLIKE THAT OBAMA WITH DISSED HIM?
*HAS DISSED HIM***
Obama the God will swing in and save the day ~sarcasm~. Smh . I’m beyond disgusted with this , and people period.
Something’s not right, why is this man coming out at this peticular moment just as Rev Wright did to put on a performance right before the last three primaries. Seems as if it was planned as a last effort to peeve the the white folks off so they won’t vote for Obama. Murdoch as well.
Barack Obama 2008!!!! All the way!!!
As a community organizer, he had helped register thousands of voters. But when it came time to run for office, he employed Chicago rules to invalidate the voting petition signatures of three of his challengers.
The move denied each of them, including incumbent Alice Palmer, a longtime Chicago activist, a place on the ballot. It cleared the way for Obama to run unopposed on the Democratic ticket in a heavily Democrat district.
“That was Chicago politics,” said John Kass, a veteran Chicago Tribune columnist. “Knock out your opposition, challenge their petitions, destroy your enemy, right? It is how Barack Obama destroyed his enemies back in 1996 that conflicts with his message today. He may have gotten his start registering thousands of voters. But in that first race, he made sure voters had just one choice.”
———–
One other opponent who Obama eliminated by challenging his petitions, Gha-is Askia, said he has no hard feelings today about the challenge and supports Obama’s presidential aspirations.
But back at the time he was running for state Senate, Askia said, he was dismayed Obama would use such tactics.
“It wasn’t honorable,” he said. “I wouldn’t have done it.”
He said the Obama team challenged every single one of his petitions on “technicalities.”
If names were printed instead of signed in cursive writing, they were declared invalid. If signatures were good but the person gathering the signatures wasn’t properly registered, those petitions also were thrown out.
Askia came up 69 signatures short of the required number to be on the ballot.
Kass, the Chicago Tribune columnist, said the national media are naive when it comes to Chicago politics, which is a serious business.
He said they have bought into a narrative that Obama is strictly a reformer. The truth, Kass says, is that he is a bare-knuckled politician. And using the rules to win his first office is part of who Obama is.
“It’s not the tactics of ‘let’s all people come together and put your best ideas forward and the best ideas win,’ ” Kass said. “That’s the spin; that’s in the Kool-Aid. You can have some. Any flavor. But the real deal was, get rid of Alice Palmer.
i wish we can all vote already. I’m so tired of hearing this war between obama and clinton. that youtube snippet was accurate she thought she didn’t have a chance. but instead of getting these preachers involved why don’t they do there own job. and start dicussing the issues that these politicians need to be talking about. i wish this would end
# 17 is right. I wish the rest of you stop acting as if you live in a equal and free society
LMAO @ MS. DYNOMITE
I see the deranged man hating airhead Puerto Rican broad is back in the house. You can’t stand blacks but you just can’t stay away from them. Don’t you understand that no one cares what your opinion is? You really should be seeing someone for your mental disorder.
LOL
these are just one of the many swiftboats that are on the way. now hillary and mccain are trying to fool him into going over to iraq. i mean really putting the DARE; and pressure and for what? is this a set-up the reason why hillary wants to hang around? like obama says its a political stunt . fool him over there and no telling what them fools got up their sleeves. its another attempt of the clintons and the mccain camp to continue to put that wedge in bwt the races. but the truth be told .and obama needs to tell all these white folks that ” i’am more WHITE THAN I’AM BLACK. HE CAME FROM HIS MOTHERS WOMB. and fed off a cacuasians woman ambilical cord. but he is also proud of both sides of his heritage. he was not tiger woods who came out and served notice to all us blacks and said I’M NOT AFRICAN AMERICAN. but now the dark forces who want to take down obama; people like sean hannity a.k.a sharon hannity, because minus a wig you’d think he/she was a woman scorned the way night after night the bashing of barack. or karl rove a.k.a karla rove just hate the thought that a man of color might be in the whute house. i think they should come out the closet, race is the factor here and the few whites that are exploiting it are having a field day. just look at the BLACKLASH on these white folks face. its a look of indifference and hate. watch the faces next time barack goes into hostile territory and they want barack to go over to iraq. i say BULLPUDD’N no way. these folks are desperate.
about the video–> its a mess how people get mad when others speak the truth..
did he just…did he just say Damn in the pulpit?!
what in the name of Jesus have we allowed ourselves to partake in?
how dare we as a people succumb to such profanity at the expense of someone supposedly sharing in our struggle but also reaping the benefits?! What about HOLINESS! when does salvation take a back seat to racist rambling from someone who most likely has no idea what the black struggle is about?! That is not of Christ….i’m sorry but black Christian theology has no place in the Kingdom! where is the fear of the LORD?!?!
“LMAO @ MS. DYNOMITE

@37, answer the question, do you think obama is wrong to diss pfleger as he has?! Obama has done the worst kind of politics and obama followers including the media has not picked up on it. So much for “hope” and “change.” The people he eliminated in Illinois did not get the “hope” meme when he knocked them off the ballot by using dirty, Chicago style politics that he used when he was in Chicago.
you kool-aid drinkers kill me LOL!
@40, I agree. I thought churches were suppose to be about God and worship. They should be STRIPPED from any tax exempt status they have as it appears almost all we’ve seen from their church are political rants and rants against whitey.
Funny how a white man speaks the truth and people can’t accept it. People are two PC, and feelings get hurt to quickly. What a shame, by the way I’m talking about the white mans sermon. What he spoke is the truth, white people are so quick to say well I didn’t do anything, yet they benefit from what their ancestors did.
clinton is F%”?#king pissing me off. enough already. U lost. i ain’t the obama radical bt there is definately some truth to the sermon. (i am not american by the way so don’t want any obama supporters to be classified as being radical)
Ms Dynomite….
We meet again!!!
Please people raise your hand if you saw the movie “Sicko”….If you recall, there is one part dedicated to Mrs. Clinton.
Apparently, Mrs. Clinton had a bright idea (stolen from Canada, France and Britain of course) to nationalize the health care system. She was given this position by her “faithful” husband. Why doesn’t America have a nationalize health care system? Wouldn’t we assume that super hil-Clinton would have saved us? She didn’t!! ACTUALLY, SHE GOT BOUGHT BY A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY….GO FIGURE!
She lied about Kosovo/Serbia…and then wht else?
Lets be honest here…politicians never tell the truth. We, the people, must pick the one that lies the less…Mcain is too close to Bush. I’ll stick with Obama…thank you!
Can Obama stop apologizing for people telling the truth?
Can the white folks stop acting as though because folks know Obama they speak for him?
Can Hillary give it up already and try to get on someone’s good side before she destroys her and Bill’s goodwill with black folk sand legacy entirely? Can they not see that they are destroying any future political credibility through the veil of white supremacy and entitlement?
Man, if Rev. Wright and this latest dude were in this town, I’d be going to church every Sunday…can I get an Amen?
What people fell to understand is that the church tape for tv and to sell. Most churches do to make money. just because the pastor was dismissed doesn’t mean that the view and the direction of the church did. It a church the have the right to say and teach whatever its followers will listen to. He’s not hurt Obama, Obama is hurting obama by supporting the church. I could cae less if he left the church or not, but he should really stop pretending that he never heard them talk like that before. That real Al sharpton of him( who saw james brown doing drugs, not me) yea right al.
SABOTAGE!!!
These Preachers and Preist need to ALL STOP TAKING ABOUT POLITICS IN CHURCH. People go to church to hear the gospel, not to find out who you’re endurcing. I wonder how many people got saved that day. (zero)
And to SOWHAT12345678
Your right, we need to elect a president that lie’s the least. But Obama has never lied or made a promise yet. He just gives good speeches. Obama has a good shot. He just needs to watch what these BITCH-ASS Republicans gonna try to pull.
The pastor spoke the truth but it was kind of funny.
@49 B.S.P>>>>Amen.
Hillary is messy. She’s saying that Obama didn’t rebuke this pastor enough. Why should he be responsible or apologize for everything that comes out of someone else’s mouth? Ridiculous. He has no control over who Trinity gets to speak and the content of what they say. SMH. She’s really coming off as a whiner.
Hillary and her diversionary tactics at work again. Let’s focus on this newest “scandal” and not the race at hand. I can’t wait until tomorrow. I hope they put this to rest so Obama can focus on McCain.
NO 21….YOU SAID IT!!!
My response has always been just like Hillary claims you can choose your pastor, you can also choose your spouse. HMMMMM….
People are angry because Obama abided by the rules when running in Chicago. I just love it. Either he is too soft or too this, or too that. Look all of this boils down to WHITE FOLK HATING TO SEE A BLACK MAN SUCCEED IN WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS THEIRS. Many news commentators realized that this was another far fetched attempt to discredit Obama. I guess Obama is responsible for everything that anyone who claims any connection with his says. It’s amazing how Hillary has not really been called on the carpet for her JFK comment or her half hearted apology. I guess that “I’m a victim because I’m a woman crap works,” especially if you’re white.
*particular*
I completely agree with the rev. Some friends and i were talking about the real motivation for her is a deep down racism that who is this black man to challenge me(white). Its the same reaction you would get from challenging a white co-worker. The pastor was right on point and said what we were already thinking. I can’t believe he said the “D” word in the pulpit. Now that takes the cake! It was really funny and too true.
Go head #40!!! and @ 38, just pray for his continued protection and remember that if it is his destiny, no one will be able to keep him from it.
WOW .. i almost cried… i never thought i would see a “white” man stand up for our people how he did. im very proud and overwhelmed by his passion. I also watched several other linked videos of his and im in aw.
the first blacks were brought over to the US in 1619.
Thank you soooo much REV!!!. I will always ask people of non color this question.
“what did we do to deserve rape and the devastation of Africa for 4 to 5 thousand years?
“whats wrong with our uniqueness as people?”
“why were we denied a culture, why do you get mad when we stand together?”
“What makes you better then, me, we’re both different?”
“What makes it okay to put down people of color and you enslaved us to build your railroads, etc?”
“Do we not deserve credit, land, financial stability for our precious brown babies?
“WHo do you think invented the telephone, gas mask, the light buld, the first stop light, peanut butter, parts for ibm computers, performed the first open heart surgery, just to name a few?

Yeah, Father Pfleger has always been something else.
Here in Chicago, it’s not so much about black and white as it is about class. You have understand that this is one of the most segregated, and problem-riddled, cities in the country.
People outside of Chicago were so shocked at what Revs. Wright and Pfleger said in their sermons, but the people who live here, whether if they agree or not, understand where those two men are coming from. They actually do speak for the people, so whatever they are saying represents what the community has had issues with for years.
And another thing, America is afraid to look itself in the mirror, that’s why commits like the ones the revs. made were so quickly thrown into the racist/insensitive box. Well, if you see where black people, and some other minorities and low/working class individuals, arose from back in the day, and where a lot of us still are, you’d understand the frustrations coming from the mouths of these preachers.
Nonetheless, to keep playing this idiotic game of six degrees of separation with Obama is trivial and a waste of time. Let the man talk, and demonstrate, how he’d handle the REAL issues in this country like, poverty, education, unemployment, health care. I mean, those are some of the many things that need to be focused on—anything else is extremely irrelevant right now.
