Photo: WireimageActor Gary Dourdan pleaded guilty to counts of cocaine and Ecstasy possession during his arraignment Wednesday in California. Gary was arrested last month after being found sleeping in his car on the wrong side of the street and charged with possession of cocaine, heroin and Ecstasy:
“As a result of today’s proceedings, Gary has been given diversion (a drug treatment program),” his lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley said outside the Lawson Justice Center. “He very much regrets what happened and he’s very embarrassed by what occurred, but he’s looking forward to moving on and getting back to work.”
Dourdan had faced up to 3 years and 8 months based on the charges filed against him. Instead, he faces no prison time, but must complete the 16-class drug program. SOURCE
Hopefully he will get himself together. Dourdan, who is mostly known for his starring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, was forced to leave the show due to his personal problem…
XZIBIT LOSES NEWBORN SON

AS you all know, I shared with you the announcment of my newborn son Xavier Kingston Joiner on may 15th and also informed you that he was born prematurly. well this week was extremly difficult for him because his lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own. Xavier passed away this morning at 3:30am and I must tell you this, It is unatural for a parent to bury a child. I am telling you this because of the same reason I tell you when im having great times, life is too short to be fake. Hold on to your kids if you have them, protect them and show them you love them everyday you wake up and see them, dont take a second you get to hug them teach them and care for them for granted. We’re told Ray J went to his room after partying it up, when hotel management got a complaint. It appears security went up to the room where they allegedly found all the drug stuff.
Our sources say the singer tried to bribe hotel security so he could stay but they didn’t bite. We’re told Ray J went crazy, arguing like a mutha. Eventually, Mr. J’s own security came to the hotel and carted him away. SOURCE

Are you based here in Orlando b/c I didn’t know this story made national news. What a tragic accident for a promising young lady. May GOD lead the Orange County Sheriffs to these suspects because this crime was absolutely unnecessary.

Downey, Jr. and the other guys stay on the get high tip always and continue to make Movies and on TV but nothing is said about them. In all fairness Robert Downey Junoir was blackballed. He couldn’t get fired in Hollywierd for many,many years. I’m glad he’s back and doing so well because he was always a great actor. Gary with his fine self will will bounce back from this even more successful than he is now. now This man has the looks and the skill to be a leading man in movies. TV isn’t big enough for his talent.

I feel sorry for Gary Dourdain. Always the “pretty people” who have the “issues,” which is sad.
My heartfelt prayers go out to Xhibit. My cousin lost her baby the same way. Donate to the March of Dimes people so that they can do the research needed to come up with a way to strenthen the lungs in preemies to give them a fighting chance.
