I like both the original and the remix because I’m a maroon 5 fan. I think putting Rihanna on it was a great marketing move. Yes she doesn’t have the best voice but right about now she’s a hot commodity and very apealing in the pop/rock world. I don’t think her voice is not the greatest, but it doesn’t sound too bad as long as she’s not aiming for any high notes. She can be used for the adlibs and small parts of this song. I think it works well.

@i’mahater ARE YOU INSANE? fashion critics consider riri, gwen, kelis, etc. to have more style than bee. you have to read fashion blogs and read top fashion magazines to know this. those dumb lists mean nothing. that’s like saying the grammy’s are relevant and award artistry. they don’t. they give grammy’s to anyone nowadays. bee dresses tacky, unoriginal, and uninspiring. the reason why riri doesm’t really make it to the top lists is b/c it’s obvious that she’s not an edgy girl herself. her stylist has contrived this look for her and she looks good in it but would she have thought these outfits up herself? i’m guessing no. kelis is not well-known and gwen has ALWAYS been someone who wanted to stand out so her fashion choices look genuine and she does make it to the top of lists

that being said, i like the nerd vid but not the riri vid. honestly they need to stop forcing her to be sexy. after a while, that game gets old. i think she looks good in it though. i don’t see her as beautiful but i do thinks he has the type of face that can take up a lot of makeup so they can make her look stunning with makeup

Rih is doing her Caribbean girl thang. I think Rih is as good an entertainer as Bey plus the girl is young (just turned 20) so she has years to hone her craft just like Bey did when she started out. I love Bey but when she performs sometimes she has an “I’m all that” look on her face and sort of over does it. Rih just gets out there and doe sher little thang and keeps it more real and natural than Bey does even though both are talented young ladies.
