I thought both rocked it and for different reasons. The quality, length and Kim’s bust made her dress look good on her. Ciara’s shoes, legs and assessories made her dress just as hot.

As for who rocked the dress…you are only going to be young and firm and hot once. That doesn’t mean you have to flaunt everything you have but if you choose to, that’s on you.
I’ve seen Kim with and without makeup, in tight dresses and loose ones, in sweatpants and flipflops, and you have to give her one thing, she keeps herself up.
