#49, I so agree w/you. I have a number of male friends who are into fashion and can dress their asses off, and soooo many people think they are gay!! And the funny thing is, they have waaaaaay more girls than bummy, sneaker-wearing, sagging-pants dudes. Pharrell has gorgeous features and Kanye’s always been a cutie.
That outfit Kanye has on is pretty wack imo. This whole “swagger” thing is getting out of hand. When women comment on famous guy’s swagger so much, “regular” men try to imitate and then you get a whole chain reaction of “followers”, trying to “swagger jack” these “celebrities”

They do not have swag. As Jay-Z said “Who’s gassing them?” I mean really ya’ll.. for real? They are talented producers/artist-i will give them that. But fashionista-hell to the naw. Just because ur not matching and/or coordinating does not make you fashion forward. It just makes u an individual and that’s it.
Anyway, not feeling the khakis and not feeling that sweater on Pharrell, plus his jeans are too tight for my taste. Even Marc Jacobs pants are alil loose. Im not saying wear them extremly bagging and sagging but damn. A black man can still wear fitted jeans without the white boyish cut going on. That preppy school daze sweater went out of style in 97 and pls let it go. I mean really ya’ll give me a break. If wearing tight ass jeans and a plain green tee/with khakis is swagger and style then damn I must have dun dun it all. Like #55 said their confident attitude/personalities has been misconstrued into some whole other shit. I agree with 84. Everybody is like a flock of cattle. You tell them who they’re supposed to think is fashion forward and suddenly they are. Kanye is rocking mess even the gays that I know would stray away from. That jean jacket is hideous, and the heart pin along with MJ don’t make it any better. I think the only thing that would complete his outfit is a multicolored “cap”, with the bill flipped up and a talk bubble that says: HAAAAAAAAYYYYY. Pharrell looked fine until he put that cardigan sweater on, which I think really isn’t needed with a t-shirt and a pair of jeans. As always, he is lacking in the coordinating department.. but I seriously think he does not care and is on the Eff it, I’m riiiiiich bitch tip.
i love the way they both dress it is very creative and fitting for their personality…they dress they way they want to and dont care if the masses like it or not these are men who are very much so into fashion…..

I think the Louis Vuitton obsession amongst entertainers is kind of gay. Aren’t they supposed to be trend setters? Every rapper having parties at the LV store and having an entire LV wardrobe makes the designer seem worn down and cheap. I’m ready for them to move on to something else or that at least ONE of them would set himself apart.
