I was so excited to see that this bra was coming out. Unfortunately, people seem to equate big breast with a larger women. I am a petite woman, but I wear a 34 DD bra. It only starts with 38, which I think is a little bit unfair. Jill, if you are reading, what about me????

I know she doesn’t wear a lot of make up at a lot of events, hence her appearance. Angie Stone looks good. #23, I def. feel you! Big breasts doesn’t always mean bigger woman. I’m in the same boat as you. I’m not petite, but my breasts are largely disproportioned to my body. Cup sizes, perfect. Band size, too big.

#34, you have to realize that when you have big breasts (whether they are naturally big or big from weight), they are heavy and need to be in place. It is VERY necessary to have all that binding to support them and keep them looking nice. This is a general comment for all: in some instances, weight doesn’t always equate big breasts. Some people, like me, just have them.

I am with Mz Influential- Monique is slimming down (noticeably). Her and model/personality Tocarra swear they are happy being voluptous (which is what they really are) but they get smaller every time we see them!
I dont mind the “slimming” down to be healthier (ex. Missy Elliot and Queen Latifah) but Tocarra look like a bobblehead. Monique (my girl, i love her but she looka like she JUST left her personal trainer in the gym to attend event!) Angie stone looks good. Jill Scott she look ok to except I think the whole divorce thing got her buggin- what the hell she got on looking like she stop by Rainbows (Tellos, Ross, Dots to some of us) and what the hell wrong with her hair!

Okay, I just looked at the bra closely (and those support trunks).
It looks like a corset and seems to be uncomfortable, as it would most likely DIG into the skin. Also, how many plus size women do you see with no jelly rolls like that mannequin (which happens to look like a size 10)?
Realistically, this bra would expose any extra fat a woman has because it is extra supportive.
Black women, lose weight and you wont need this type of torture device!

I am sorry but these women need to lose weight, especially Jill Scott. No one expects them to be in the single digits but damn, can you at least get in your teens. Aretha Franklin did not wake up one day looking like the obese, out of breath cow she is today. Hell, Aretha started out smaller than all 3 of these women. Do it for our health.

I was a size 18 and all I did was change the way I cooked to get to a 12. Instead of frying, I baked all my meats. Instead of white carbs & changed to brown carbs. Instead of soda, I drank water. Instead of mixed drinks loaded with sugar, I stared drinking white wine. Instead of eating out with coworkers everyday at lunch, I joined the gym across the street from my job. I returned to work with a piece of fruit & half a sandwich on wheat bread waiting on me.

It’s not that hard. It’s just adjusting your lifestyle.
