Its Mr. Trey Songz! The singer debuted a a cornrow-less head recently while celebrating his BET Awards nomination last night at The Standar in California.
Currently Trey is in the studio working on his next album, slated to drop in December on Songbook/Atlantic Records.

When braids are being worn, no one will take you serious. He wants to look grown. This is a JOB, not play time. If you want to get “paid” and stay ahead of the next up and coming artist, you have to do what you have to do. We as the fans just see the out come of something that takes hours of meetings to come up with. Cutting off braids is minor. He hasn’t sold his soul to the devil. Being a thug crooner doesn’t get one too far for long. Where is Jaheim? That look can only get you so far. That’s in the industry and in regular life. If I had a ghetto hair do and I wanted to get a promotion, you besta believe a new style is on the way. They have to appeal to the masses to keep their job with the record company. I wish people understood, this is their 9 to 5, their bread and butter.
