ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL PICS! I lost alot of weight and now I work very very hard at staying fit. its one of those things where sometimes you dont feel you look your best but people always give you compliments so it kind of works out fine. i take fish oil pills (keep the skin great), use proactiv (dont need it but it works) lol, take a vitamin, dont mess with many carbs, and work out 4-5x a week and am active everyday. it actually feels good to do manual labor knowing you are working your muscles and looking good! i also try to keep my hair and nails done! lol…
staying fit is mostly about your diet though, id say the ratio is 65% diet to 35% exercise. i was running and this woman stopped me asking about my abs and all i could say is its what you eat. stay away from sweets! yesterday was my birthday and i didnt even eat my own cake, since I had my ONE off day per week earlier that week! its about commitment! look @ fitness as your job and you will do well…

Tennis is one of the few sports that you have to have true talent and skill to excel in, to do well. It is not a team game, where someone is behind you to rebound your foul, or be your defensive lineup. Every single point and error is on you solely. Anyone who chooses to hate on Serena or her sister are extremely shallow lowlifes who are simply jealous. There is absolutely nothing that can be OR should be negatively said about these sisters. Their achievments in an exclusive sport like tennis, especially because of their early roots have been simply astounding and historical. Really unheard of. She looks great. I doubt that if I hit the gym, got lipoed, and only ate lentils and wheat germ would I ever look precisely right like she does! Girl forget the haters, their going to hate when ur up and laugh when ur down…do you!

So what if her pics are photoshopped??. It’s not like it’s her who only does it. When you are a celeb that’s the first thing they do, photoshop you when you appear on their magazines. It’s not the celebs fault that the magazine editors want their magz to look appealing to the readers. Photo shopped? THis is the same woman who wears a cat suit on national tv during the US Open. SHe has nothing to hide, millions of people have already seen her body on national tv. As you remember, every nook and cranny showed during that tennis game. And the men all applaud. Why should she really care about a hundred thousand Ebony readers. My point: She feels very proud of her body; allowing it to show on national tv was a testament to that. I love it. She taught us that black women are not afraid of being black, not embarrassed by our sexuality, and can still be intelligent and admired by millions.
