N.E.R.D covers the new issue of YRB magazine. The hip-hop/rock star musical group set the stage with an 8 page spread owed to the release Seeing Sounds, their first album since 2004.

Yes, Pharrell is fine. THE ALBUM IS HOT! Glad to see them back together as N.E.R.D. Everyone Nose is about women in the nightlife snorting coke(i.e. Video Co star Lindsay Lohan). That remix is the shit too. I love Kanye and Skateboard P!!!!!
N.E.R.D!!!! I have a great amount of respect for them after seeing them live,just phenomenol, I will def. get their album, and trust me Pharrell can get it (Shay and Chad too), he is so much finer in person (and his hands are soft) LMFAO okay I’m gonna stop now…

`N.E.R.D. may not get the mainstream luv from from the masses but they get my vote for being original, creative and diverse with their music. Now days, hip hop artist, Mariah, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige keep recording the same type of song repeatedly every year. If you linked all their music together you would see that it’s all the same song unless you’re severely slow and can’t tell the difference.
I downloaded the album today because it leaked earlier this week. I’m a die hard Nerd fan, but this new album is wack, man. I’m very disappointed. I only like one track on the new album

How can you not like this album when it is a mixture of “In Search Of..” and “Fly Or Die”? lol I thought the album was better than I expected because “Everybody Nose” was just a catchy hipster inspired song to get noticed. Ir was alright but not better than any of the previous material. “Spaz” was alright as well. However the entire album to me was crazy.

@#30..my point exactly!! This album does not present the same caliber of strong music (note runs, a mixture of keys, infectious lyrics), as their last two albums. That’s why i am disappointed. Nerd fans are their fans because their music in the past has been spectacular. How can they put out a shitty album after all these years, and especially after their first two albums made want to drop down to my knees and worship them? I am not going to jump on the bandwagon of group just because I was always a fan. Crappy music is crappy music. Maybe it’s time for them to retire.
My fav picks of the CD are Everyone nose, and Love Bomb. I almost shed a tear as type this because I never had to choose any favorite NERd song off an album before—I’ve usually like every single song on their CDs
Now, excuse me, while I find my In Search Of and Fly or Die albums, and play both of those from front to back!!!!!
