T-Pain is gearing up to release his new album, Thr33 Ringz on September 30th. T-Pain is known for his songs about drinking himself under the table, so it only makes sense that his new single, “Silver & Gold” is about mixing silver and gold Patron to create a new drink. The song, to me, is a little underwhelming in comparison to T-Pain’s previous material. I can’t really say that I’m digging it, even though it’s definitely going to catch on at clubs and radio.

Now as far as the song, it’s mad hot stank crispy garbage. I understand that the voicebox and singing about drinking is his signature but give it a rest. This is like Buy You A Drank Part 32. Dear T-Pain: If you are going to continue to use the voicebox and have every song you do sound vocally like every other song you do, please get a new topic.
