According to reports, the wife of rapper Snoop Dogg has been arrested for driving under the influence. Shante Broadus was stopped by police in Fullerton, California, at about 12.15am. She was released with a citation as there is no bail needed for DUI arrests in Fullerton.
Snoop – real name Calvin Broadus – and Shante are high school sweethearts and just wrapped up the first season of their reality show ‘Snoop Dogg’s Fatherhood’ earlier this year. Keep reading to see pics of Shante & Snoop together..

He without sin cast the first stone. They did not tell us what her blood alcohol level was or the reason she was stopped. Was she driving reckless or seemed incoherent? How many people have had a glass of wine or a beer and still get behind the wheel? I am by no means consenting that people go out get twisted and go for a drive. If you were going to kill just yourselves, it would not have been bad. But often times the drunk lives and innocent people get killed.
I mean this DUI thing is tricky, if you go out to dinner and have a glass of wine and get caught that is considered DUI. Now granted, some people get drunk off fumes, but other people a glass of wine will not affect them. I guess the only way to combat this conflict is if you drink don’t drive, period.

It is what it is. People drink and unfortunately do not use common sense. Celebrities and common folk are no different.she will have to go to dui school and have a restricted license for 90 days and pay a fine. she should be thankful that she did not kill anybody as that would be strict liability.
