If you were going to kill just yourselves, it would not have been bad. But often times the drunk lives and innocent people get killed.

I mean this DUI thing is tricky, if you go out to dinner and have a glass of wine and get caught that is considered DUI. Now granted, some people get drunk off fumes, but other people a glass of wine will not affect them. I guess the only way to combat this conflict is if you drink don’t drive, period.
