According to a recent press release, NFL player Larry Johnson of the K.C. Chiefs has parted ways with longtime girlfriend, TV personality, Julissa Bermudez. Contrary to recent reports of an engagement between the couple, they have officially seperated due to irreconcilable differences after a 3 year relationship.
With the NFL training camp looming, and an aspiring acting career on the rise, both Larry Johnson & Julissa Bermudez would prefer to deal with their issues privately.
DMX ARRESTED AGAIN
DMX has been arrested yet again – this time in Miami for driving without a valid driver’s license.
The Police got the 37-year-old on an arrest warrant at about 1:30 p.m. Monday and brought him to Turner Guilford Correctional Center where bail was set at $500.
This latest arrest is his third since early May, when he was taken into custody for driving 114 miles per hour on an Arizona freeway back in January. Three days later, he was charged with suspicion of drug possession and animal cruelty after his home in Arizona was raided by police.
GARY SAYS NO ‘CELEBRITY REHAB’
Word is that actor Gary Dourdan won’t be starring in the new season of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab” in October. The National Enquirer released the rumor, but Gary was quick to deny it in a recent interview with blackfilm.com:

Back in April, Dourdan was arrested on suspicion of cocaine, heroin and ecstasy possession. He recently pleaded guilty to the charges.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Larry Johnson turned himself in to face an assault charge after an altercation with his girlfriend at a bar, the latest in a series of troubles with the law for the Kansas City running back and other Chiefs players.
Police Department spokesman Darin Snapp said Johnson was cited Monday for domestic abuse assault. He posted bond and was released, with a court date set for Sept. 20.
Snapp said Johnson’s girlfriend came into the bar early Saturday and saw him with another woman. The 25-year-old girlfriend, of Overland Park, Kan., then walked away, Snapp said, but Johnson text messaged her on her phone and asked her to meet him downstairs.
He then grabbed the woman by the arm and pulled her to the front door, where Johnson asked the manager to make her leave, Snapp said. The manager said he couldn’t do that.
Snapp said Johnson became irate after his girlfriend confronted the other woman. The running back grabbed his girlfriend by the shoulders and shoved her to the floor, the police report said.
