I don’t think the deal with Kimora and Russell is a bad thing. It’s just wordings for the legal papers. Like he said “if he is in town, he calls and they can go right over” and we can only go by what comes out of Russell’s mouth. I don’t think it’s racist at all that Naomi didn’t get to participate. Personally I believe that she got what she deserved. If more people ban Naomi from places, then perhaps she’ll behave. Amy Winehouse doesn’t go around slapping and spitting on people. This has nothing to do with race.

The arguments that have been made in defense of Kimora requiring all of this supervision with the children don’t make any sense to me. Of course we don’t know the full story behind their divorce, so I’m only speculating. But it’s my belief that if she felt a real threat behind the children being in his care that she wouldn’t bother letting him see them at all. I think that she is being unreasonable. But then, that’s how she portrays herself so it’s no surprise.

Friends of mine have forwarded me gossip online about my custody agreement details with Kimora. The fact is, we’ve had a pretty good partnership at sharing the girls in the past. There have been a few bumps in the road, and those bumps have led us to negotiate a minimum amount of time I’m guaranteed to see my kids. That deal is as follows: I have the girls one full week out of every eight, half of the summer, half of all the holidays, a full week at Christmas, and half of Spring Break. Like in all good partnerships, contracts are meant to protect the partners but are usually not the only way the partners work together. If I show up in L.A., where she now lives, unannounced, I can call up Kimora and she will most likely send them right over. The same goes for when she comes to New York. We have always had a school in New York and a school with the same curriculum in L.A., so when the girls are with me in New York, we can spend quality time together. I can get up with them, take them to school and just be together.

Kimora consults with me about doctors or schools for the girls, but she’s always had final say in those areas. If we had an argument about a school, guess who’s going to win? But there are other stipulations in our agreement where we have to make final decisions together. Anything having to do with business decisions pertaining to my kids cannot be done without my consent.

I’ve also seen a lot about people reading into the supervised visits stipulation. Kimora travels with a security guard and a nanny. In the past, she’s gotten really nervous that I never travel with security, so if it makes her more comfortable to have her security and a nanny with us when I’m with my kids, that’s OK with me.

Finally, I want to say Kimora is a excellent mother and is doing a great job with them. My kids are studying a couple of foreign languages, they travel around the world, they practice yoga, ballet, swimming, karate and piano, among other things…sometimes I think they do too much, but I trust in Kimora on this because she IS a good mother.

Regarding the money, my kids live a tremendous life. They do have lots of security, nannies, educators, special programs, travel, chefs, on and on. Their mother manages all of those luxuries and I’m happy to provide for that.

I congratulate this ‘Paris’ for choosing to keep her un-born child instead of aborting it, which would have been the easy way out. I do not, however, condone nor will I congratulate this adolescent for having pre-martial sex and becoming pregnant. I will not congratulate her child’s father, most likely he is at the most 18-19 years of age as well - without stable income.

Her family supports her and that’s all that matters. When are we going to learn as a people that we deserve more, that we can accomplish so much with our lives - through hard work, struggle and dedication. I won’t say this is the end of her life, albeit, it will be hard times ahead for this young lady. She can still go on to accomplish her goals. I advise the first among them be to get a High school Diploma if she hasn’t (GED) and take college level course toward a more stable future for her and this child.

Being a mother myself, I can truly say that I would be so disappointed if my teenage daughter became pregnant, just as I am when any teenager does. Russell and Kimora were both adults when they married regardless of age. I know numerous young women who are dating older men and become highly upset if you challenge their age, committment, know how or if they are after money. They will fight to the death that it is love.

I am 23 and all of my friends are on baby 2 and 3. None of the fathers take care of them and they all barely have a high school education. It seems to me people are having babies just because, I know someone who decided she wanted to be pregnant because all her friends have kids or are pregnantm, and they want them to grow up together. She is 22 but acts like she is still 16 she is the last person to be trying to have a baby she was homeless and un-employed before she got pregnant and is still in that situation now.

About Kimora and Russell…I don’t see anything wrong with it. That kind of money is not much to him, don’t forget how much he’s worth. If he’s never with security while he’s out then hell yes you are getting security and a nanny to help you out while you’re out with my kids (If I was a celebrity of course lol).
