I love how people want to cite Beyonce’s “Oscar nomination” as evidence that she can act, as if we don’t know (or can’t Google) that she wasn’t nominated for a single thing. The Academy didn’t even TRY to give her Best Actress (understand, she was NOT nominated for her acting), and she couldn’t be nominated for “Listen” (her best bet), since she was the fourth writer listed on the song’s credits and only three people can share that award.
