Also, I think Tracey Edmond, Halle, Lisa Raye, Kim Fields look better and younger in the face, 42 isn’t old by any means, but their are ladies my neighbor who are in great shape, and looks better in the face…

Stacey is actually my age 44 and I think she look fanastic!! I have also “maintain” and many people think I look younger than I really am. I work hard to take good care of myself and I think alot of people will be surprised about how many women over 40 are really “holding it down” (especially black women) and showing folks it ain’t over till it over!! You can look incredible in your 40th and 50th – many women are doing it and Stacey is an example of that! Kudos to her!

Stacy is showin her age in the face. I love to see sistas over 35 doin their thang but I dont feel like they should be trying to dress and act like they are 19 years old even if they have great bodies. You don’t have to have your titties and booty hangin out and lookin stank cuz at that age you should try and be a role model for younger women to look up to. Leave the skankiness to the young uns. After 35 you need to strive to look regal and beautiful like Iman. Show some sass and not your ass. You do not need to compete with the teens and 20 somethings by wearing what they wear. You are a mature woman. Dress and act like one.

stacey dash is and will always be beautiful and so what if she’s 42 yrs old she looks better than majority of you women who are teenagers, 20′s,30′s, she can put a whole lot of women to shame with liitle to no effort .. I don’t know why some of you females are trying to take liitle stabs at her .. You can tell they put bronzing gel on her and her makeup is alot darker than her actual skintone.. She’s the mother of an 18 and 5 yr old she looks good as hell.. And she’s been married along time… Yes we black folks age but we age with such beauty and grace because our skin is full of melanin that’s what keeps our skin smooth and wrinkle free for a hell of a long time… The comments I agree with is if you live a hard fast life you will look used up as hell and your black will crack a little early but no were near the way a white woman ages whether she’s lived hard or not they have very thin skin with very little to no melanin in there skin. They crack at 22 ive seen some of them with crows feet at 15 16 17 and 18 they need Botox at 20 21 and a full face lift at 27. I see more women who are in there 20′s 30′s and even teenagers looked older than her and wasted looking as hell.. Just all used up.. I say go on stacey you are beautiful and as you get older the more beautiful you’ll become ..

That ass-shot on the cover of King was absolutely “azz-tastic” and left many with their mouths opened and secondary brains at high attention. But in this pic, I can see the signs of her age. In her face, under her arms, her boobs heading south, in her elbows and especially in her hands. Some of these pictures don’t do her the justice she deserves but still she’s aging naturally.
Reached her expiration date or not, old-girl is still do-able. If I was with her, there would be a lot of screaming and it would be coming from me! Hi Stacey!

This pics do her no justice….I saw her in Target and she looked flawless! I was standing right behind her & her non-black husband (who was really cool considering who everyone was drooling over her) They even had a baby last year, but she is a really sweet person.

Sniping at other people’s looks is 7th grade behavior. Dash is beautiful. She hasn’t had a nose job and doesn’t have bad skin. It’s a photoshoot and the first shot is not poorly lit. Look at the other pictures.
There are very few 42 year olds or 25 year olds who look this good. Dash has been blessed with good genetics and a strong work ethic that keeps her in shape. No one has a fit body like hers without working out. Give her props for that.
If we’re all lucky, we’ll one day be 42 and should hope to look as good as Dash, Halle Berry, Oprah, Diahann Carrol, Beverly Johnson, Imam, or Patty LaBelle (yeah, a little nip tuck doesn’t hurt). Oprah was right when she said that “black don’t crack.” Darker skinned people don’t suffer as much from the sun’s affect on skin. Add that to a good workout and healthy lifestyle and brown folks can look good for a long time.
Also, if you smoke, you’re screwed regardless if your brown or not. Smoking causes accelerated aging. The chemicals in cigarette smoke slice and dice your DNA; thus besides giving you heart diseases and cancer, smoking destroys your skin. The same with drugs like meth or crack that accelerate aging. Whitney Houston would be just as youthful looking as Dash if she had not used as crack.
Cant wait to see her on Celebrity Circus! NBC did good hiring her

It’s sad how many comments suggest that aging is a bad thing – hey people it’s either you age or die. Choose one. I haven’t seen many women that would even compare to her. She looks great! Can’t we learn to be more creative in our discussions about celebrities. Let’s talk about what she’s contributing to the arts, how she’s representing an art that many black women struggle to get into – instead of wasting your time analyzing how she looks. I hope this forum will someday be used more constructively. Thanks Stacey for being a positive role model and encouraging many black women to pursue the art of acting – you’ve done well – keep up the good work!
