Jay-Z snags Weezy’s beat for a new freestyle. I’m a Jay fan, so I’m digging the song. It’s good to hear something new from him, but I think he should chill for a minute after this tour. Take a break. Enjoy the married life! No, I’m kidding. I think that Jay-Z is going to give it a rest. Wayne’s new album drops tomorrow, but it was good to hear Jay-Z’s take on the Lil’ Wayne track.

More and more Nas music is leaking by the second from his new album, which is still untitled. I’m digging the new single, which features Keri Hilson and is produced by Polow Da Don. I think that kind of got my hopes up that Nas would be working with some great producers, and it seems as though that’s shaping up to be the truth. I’m glad to hear Busta on the track too - I always absolutely love his delivery, he’s one of my favorites.

Khia, who has been a media a lot recently for the fiasco on VH1’s Miss Rap Supreme, as well as her ridiculous YouTube videos, and the new video where she and Atlanta DJ Porsche Foxx get into an altercation. You can hate Khia all you want, but she makes for great entertainment. Her new music, Nasti Muzik drops sometime in July.

After a great run on “Dancing with the Stars”, Mario is back in the studio working on his fourth album for release by the end of the year. A song purportedly off the new album called “If I Never” has hit the net. The smooth and slow R&B jam, reminds me of a couple of songs off of his last album Go!.

The Billi song wasn’t all that. Jay just wanted to hop on the band waggon. It seems like he’s always trying to prove himself…I thought we were retiring grandpa?
The Nas song was hot, I like the old school feel. That English guy was annoying me.
I second #3 on Mario, he is one of the best young R&B singers. People sleep on him. His label doesn’t put alot of money into his projects to market him they they should, they also don’t release the right single. He had so many hot tracks on Turning Point. His music is quality.

Jay’s version is fire! He was smart enough to flip it and say a billi and what makes it smart is because they’re a million remakes with this beat all saying a milli - lol. The irony is, his is the only one that’s accurate (he’ll be there soon). These other cats barely got thousands - lmao!
