I am really feeling this track real talk. I have always been a T.I. fan ever since 24′s and I am feeling this single. It’s a dope track and I love how his voice flows over the beat. He doesn’t need to throw in a bunch of metaphors or rap hella fast he’s just telling his story. I love how he describes how God took him through hell to get him to heaven. I’m just loving this song and the video compliments the song. He doesn’t need half dressed women or a tricked out car to express what he’s gone through. Tiny is a lucky woman because this song made me fall in love w/ T.I. all over again! He just has that swagga that you can’t forget or ignore and I love that ATL accent! Love him and love this!

I really like this. The direction of the video was simple, which was the best thing to do in this case, because so it make you pay attention to the lyrics. It has substance, explains what he’s went through, and that here he’s here to stay in the rap game. BTW Shawty Lo needs to sit down somewhere, he wasn’t hot to begin with anyway, but he’s officially done with this track lol.
Loved it! Nice simple video. TI looks handsome as ever too.Great message on dealing with adversity and challenges in life and not letting things defeat you or take you out. Although TI is going through something that he no doubt brought upon himself, it seems that he is facing the repercussions head on and has learned from it. Glad he is letting God direct his path. You CANNOT be serious, comin on here and tellin that half-baked story. I am a senior at Morehouse, and I was sitting right in the Leadership Center on the day TIP came to speak, albeit reluctantly.
The real “ASS” is the “Man” of Morehouse who thought himself so much better than formerly incarcerated, high-school-educated Clifford Harris that he felt he had right and/or privilege to heckle him without retaliation. And even then, the retaliation (during the forum) was only verbal, and came at the END of his address*.
It wasn’t until everyone got outside and the embarrassed heckler’s homeboy (was it you?) decided to reopen the case that things spun out of control.
Not many people at Morehouse expect that I am from Atlanta, but the fact is that TIP and I went to the same high school. I get so tired of AUC students’ shit; we’re so busy wallowing in our intermediary successes that we have the nerve to look down upon the people of the surrounding community, a community we claim we’re in school learning to uplift. That hypocrisy is disgusting.
Now, does TIP have much of my respect these days? Nope. But as a human being, as a man, he had it–and deserved it–right on up until he betrayed it and threw it away on his own. So did you, until.
