Mary J. Blige looks elegant on the August cover of Vegas magazine. Inside Mary discussed several different topics including how she changed her life after Aaliyah’s plane crash in 2001, and how she feels about the show American Idol:
“Honestly, it’s not giving most of them a real chance to become an artist for the rest of their lives,” she explains. “They are on national TV every night. They have automatic fame. All of the greatest artists had to struggle for their success.”
Rihanna makes another cover this year with the August issue of InStyle magazine. Inside, she talks about her fabulous style of course and her favorite P.M beach styles:
A Short dress in a vibrant color that flatters my legs – and I do like showing mine. With accessories, I try not to do too much. So, simple jewelry like gold earrings. And I trade in the flip-flops for a pair of Gucci Shoes.

And surprise, surprise now that she can be officially tied to a fashion house, it’s apparently confirmed that she’s doing her own clothing line. smh these celebs always trying to get a dollar, i tell ya!
I love the mag cover she has youthful glow and she look very attractive in a very natual and effortless way and she’s inspiration for us black girls to show that it ok to be natural, 10 pounds of hair does not make us beautiful. The other girls above should take a cue from Rihanna. She’s the only black celeb who had the courage to cut her hair which was a major girl power move.

And Prince loves Beyonce. He handpicked her to perform with him at the 2003 Grammy’s. And at the 2007 Grammy’s he introduced her performance……where she sung “Listen” I believe.
And of course Michael Jackson praised Britney. She is a pretty damn good stage performer. Something Rihanna is not. Britney may not be the best singer but she makes up for with her stage perfomance. Not to mention she has sold over 80 million albums.
So Michael’s opinion is very credible.
