KEYSHIA COLE UPDATE
Keyshia Cole is currently in the studio recording her third yet-untitled CD to be released late 2008. The singer is gearing up for a soon-to-be announced tour. She will also start taping the 3rd season of her hit BET reality show, “The Way It Is.” The second season was the highest rated program in the network’s history.
While recording the new record, it is reported that Keyshia will begin shooting a film based on her life.
AMERIE’S NEW PROMO PIC
A new Amerie promo pic hit the net today. The singer recently inked a deal with Def Jam Records after she parted ways with Columbia Records earlier this year. Amerie is hoping the new contract with Def Jam will help boost her career to even greater heights.

Why are they making a movie about Keyshia Cole’s life? Isn’t that the purpose of the TV series? What tha? I’m sorry but the story is not all that mentionable to make a movie. I’m not a fan anyway but I will give her the props to say that she’s definitely staying relevant even if I think she couldn’t sing her way outta a cold ass shower!

I loved Amerie’s first single “Why don’t we fall in Love?” The music biz, though, is a fickle mahf-cka. It’s all about record sales and all that ish. Oh well, hope the girl can revive her career before she get’s over 30. It’s a cold business to me.
I love solange’s new single…..great voice, although it does resemble Beyonce, it still sounds great….I mean come on…..they are sisters, just like jessica and ashley simpson, lohan and her sister…..we have seen it plenty of times before. Their voices will be similar, they come from the same people. Another example just for kicks….toni braxton and her sister(s), the braxtons……hell all of them dont just sound alike they even look alike…..how confusing. I like the cover, its different. i bet people would buy it, if it was B on the cover. Also, pick up Michelle williams album “Unexpected” in stores October….pushed back probably because of Beyonce album that will be released soon. I think Keyshia is trying too hard to be like MARY J. Blige………..NEWS FLASH…….THERE’S ONLY 1 MARY……SORRY KEYSHIA. Love Amerie, i think people just need to listen to her and understand where she is coming from. Why all the really talented people, like Amerie, Mya, Blu Cantrell, Vivan Green,….i can go on….dont even get the time and day?
