#105: Did you listen to Afrodisiac? That is a very grown-up R&B album. That is Brandy at her best. If you haven’t heard it you should give it a listen. Secondly, I am 25 and I grew up WITH Brandy. Therefore, her audience is not quite as old as you may think. Hell Brandy is only 29 herself! Mariah is almost 40. Big difference.

WOW. I just read all these comparisons between Brandy & Beyoncè. How does she make her way into every blog? I thought this was about B-Rocka. Don’t get me wrong I love Beyoncè…as an entertainer, not an R&B vocalist. She’s what you call a “product” or “commodity”, “gimmick” even. Good for making money. No where near a true vocalist.
