“Many Moons” has been one of my favorite songs for over a year now. I’ve had the EP for about that long, for the ten’s of thousands of people who already have this, I mean we’re happy she’s with BadBoy and getting a better distribution deal but dag I wish she would release like 2 of her “suites” at a time, cuz as WONDERFUL as it is, this is old to me already. I love Janelle and Im so glad she chose this song as her single. It’s my favorite on the cd. She’s so refreshing, this is what the industry needs. A lot of you people have been brainwashed into wanting to hear the same monotonous repetitive music, and when something new comes your way that not only will enlighten you but entertain you and take you on a journey you fear it because it’s different.

She is on another level. A creative genuis with so much she wants to share through her music. She’s a true artist, and she won’t comform to the industry’s standards, that is why I respect her so much. Look up one of her interviews on youtube. She’ll blow you away.

Okay, I never saw anyone sport an afro puff for bangs…she’s pretty, but she’s pretty weird looking too. Her music is weird sounding, but- I can her music crossing over on an international level. I’m more neo-soul- her sound is neo-rock…..Not a fan of this, but time will tell how well she does. I wish her much success.

I wasn’t feeling the song at first listen. Then something made me play it again, then again and again. Then, I went to Youtube and found more of her music (Sincerely Jane is sick!). She is phenomenal! SHE ACTUALLY USES REAL INSTRUMENTS IN HER SONGS! In “Sincerely Jane” I heard the french horn, string instruments…hell, I heard a damn TUBA! The woman can sing, preform and entertain! Diddy knew what he was doing when he approached her and asked her TO PARTNER with his label.
