The law makes no sense. How are they gonna lift up your shirt to see if your butt is exposed? Either you see it or you dont! thats like lifting a girls skirt up to see if she is wearing panties. Yet they can arrest men for having a loose fit style for up to a yr in prison. How assbackwards is that?!

Although king makes some valid points on here, I noticed the comments he makes about black women, even when the posts have NOTHING to do with women in general. Most Israelites, not all, have a huge dislike for black women. Everyone seems to be missing the bigger picture with the new Saggin law, just another way for the government to keep and put black men in jail just like they did with the drug laws. Imagine your 17 year old brother being locked up for a year for his pants sagging too low, and he gets out and now he can’t find a job. He has to hustle, he gets a girl pregnant, now he really has to hustle because he still can’t find a job with a criminal record, now he’s back in jail and he can’t feed his seed or his woman or even take care of himself and he has an even more serious charge, now he really can’t get a job and the cycle repeats itself and we sit around wondering where all the black men at and why they all in jail and black men ain’t shit and they should pull their pants up… Fuck that and fuck the government and wake the fuck up….. Noone’s passing laws about these white kids and their tight ass “punk” rock jeans where u can see the imprint of their pathetic penis.

It is true that people have the freedom and civil liberty to express themselves and wear what they want.But black people make the mistake of thinking that they are free and that their not in bondage anymore.They mistakenly think that they have the same personal freedoms and civil liberties that other races enjoy and they should have them, but they do not.If you are black, you can`t move around in America and do what other races normally do, unrestrained and unrestricted, without a care in the world. Sean Bell, did`nt even have the basic god given right, civil liberty and freedom to attend his own bachelor`s party without getting murdered by the police.America,Don Imus,Fox News,Rush Limbaugh,etc.etc.,pays employees to watch and observe black people and their culture, so that they can target and find something to degrade them with.So black people are far from free in America.The Feds watch and keep black politicians and people under surveillance and city police departments have special units that watch rap artists. We are being carefully watched and observed.And if you are wearing sagging pants, to society, you make yourself look openly defiant, like a prison inmate who`s trying to resist being molded by the system.You just give law enforcement a reason to target you and create more unfair laws to lock you up or murder you in a hail of bullets,because you are definitely being watched.

Baggy Pants: I was just talking to my mom about this topic yesterday. IMO I am definately sick of seeing these young and grown men wearing their pants at a level that at any moment they could fall to their ankles. HOWEVER who is hurting? If they think that showing off their boxers isnt down right tacky then let them be. If their in a place of business then it is up to the owner of that establishment to set the uniform regulations. And if the owner doesnt see anything wrong with it and it bothers you then simply dont go there anymore. I feel that 1. This will just be opening up a can of worms for people to pin point anything they dont like. if their going to fine baggy pants, then fine females who wear low plunging shirts or extra mini skirts, fine guys who wear all black goth looking clothes, because it makes people uncomfortable. 2. I am definately not the type of person to pull out the race card but in this type of situation this will just be another legal reason to harrass young black men.
