The march on Washington started out as angry people demanding answers and were bent on getting it. Once the white got gist of it, they called up MLK and gave him 750,000 and promised more if he allowed Kennedy and his boys to organize it. Even the people in the audience who came with blood in their eyes, ready to blow shit up, couldn’t understand what they hell was going on. That march showed more clowns than the Ringling Brothers Circus. A disgrace.

I do agree with Nas intentions but lets be honest people, black people are our own worst enemies, whos the first to tear us down or say something about use doing something positive? The civil rights march on Washington, the Million Man March in DC, and now this….have done nothing to change the course of black American in this country. These marches are nothing more than social gathering, temporary mental uplifts that provide a false sense of hopes.

The problem with many of these high profile marches and protest is that once they are done, everyone goes back to their daily routine. No planning or strategies are implemented after the march to achieve any real results. We need planning, people who are willing to do all of the dirty work behind the scene to push force these panning.

Feminism has its clasped every aspect of American institution…and white women have progress 10-fold more than any black person in this county…and I have yet to witness a million white woman march in DC.

Anybody with a brain knows that. The point of the protest was to at least bring attention to an ongoing problem and even though Fox rejected the petition, the protest served its purpose for now. It got people talking and more aware of Fox’s tactics.
