give me a break the song is cute. and coming from a married women this video is HOT. I dont care what I do all day but when my husband comes home the house is clean dinner is being prepared and yes the bedroom is off the hook. I am an educated women with a degree and I know how to keep my man happy! That good good is everything up to and including the bedroom. The ones who are hating are probably those natural afro wearing, wedge heels, neutral color loving with no make up ladies that feel independence is summed up in one word Dildo. I found it offensive and was surprised that very few others did as well. It’s not “just a video” when you’re a child and you take everything you see and hear to heart. I think the video is very cute and funny. Ashanti seems down to earth. She just want to show the humorous side of hear since parents were complaining about her last video. I feel sorry for her. I don’t know what people expect from her. Ashanti has had so much hate in the last couple of years. First people stated that she can’t sing. After looking at some live performances from other female artists, none of them have very strong voices but a few. And I mean a few (BET AWARDS). The last performance she did (TRL) sounded better than some of the performance on BET AWARDS SHow. Secondly, you all are talking about Ashanti and Nelly are trying to hard. There are some couples who try too hard and are too serious. You can’t even tell if they are real or have real feelings because they don’t acting like nornal everyday people like Ashanti and Nelly. They have made numerous video together. I guess the fans have made them that way. To be honest, she has made some pretty good songs over the past couple years. I guess people just don’t want to give her a chance. She has always been the underdog in the game,but people still want to watch her and see he next move (positively or negatively). I admire her for being so strong and keeping her hand up through all of the turmoil these years.

Every kind of folk up in here, is generalzing, critisizng, bashing, her look, her music, her presonality, her personal relationship with Nelly. The video was very well done! It was shot well, super cute and matched the song perfectly. Yes, it is taking on stereotypes of women from the 50’s but it is doing so in a tongue-in-cheek way that is very appealing.
