The album is really good, I was impressed. I DLed it sometime last week but I’m DEFINITELY buying it on Tuesday. Cheers.

1. Cee-Lo is such a talented writer. It amazes me that he keeps penning these great songs for female singers.

2. This album is REALLY good. Solid is a good way to describe it. I was really surprised. I was not a huge fan of “I Decided” but listened to some of the other leaked tracks and was blown away. I think everyone should really listen to the album. Solange really should be commended. What she is doing is very different and unlike anything you will hear out right now, least of all from her sister. I think this may be the thing to allow her to step away from just being “Beyonce’s sister.”

I been listening to this album all week since it leaked, i already preordered it (and at $6.99 so i won’t be completely broke this week), this best songs in my opinion are “ode to marvin” “would’ve been the one” and cosmic journey.

well, i’ve always liked Solange, since feeling u, it came at the end of a DC album, i’m sure. I’m happy for her, it’s hard walking in the shadow of a giant, especially when you’re a giant yourself.

It’s a shame that her and daniel couldn’t make it work though. He really was in love with her to be honest I think he still is but he got caught up in being a player and despite what some people think he proposed to her before a couple of months before they even knew she was pregnant. Originally they were going to wait a few years at the request of his family but once danny found out she was pregnant that only made him what to marry her faster. I think they made a hot couple.

At number 20, I think it’s still on there just not featuring lil wayne. I like wayne on it though.

I’m diggin that TONY record. Now I’m gonna listen to the other two.

To be honest I don’t think that Solange is BIG ENOUGH yet, to be considered Solange, well to completely drop the (Beyonce’s little sister). Yeah people know her, but people who aren’t Beyonce fans and don’t go on blogs still are like, Who? I’m not going to lie, I still tell people “Yeah it’s Beyonce lil’ sister’s.” Because if you just say Solange, people are like yeah, okay..NEXT!! We all know that if it wasn’t for Beyonce she wouldn’t be getting all the access that she’s getting right now.

ANYWAYS..I’m def getting the album..Love it Love her..hopefully it would show the world that she’s not only Beyonce’s little sister but Solange.

I’m pretty impressed with new Solange’s album, she has set herself apart from Beyonce with her different sound. It’s like 60’s and 70’s soul-inspired mixed with pop, I like it.

I was hooked on Solange from the beginning when the 1st two songs leaked a long time ago. She didnt have to “grow” on me. I’m glad a lot of people are starting to see the the artistry in her music. This album was well prepared.

I have always loved Solo! I pre-ordered my copy already. I love every song om the album. She is such a fashionista. She’s putting out the best videos of the year Solo is going to the top! Oh and she is real. Who doesn’t love an artist who can connect with the audience? GO GET THE CD!!!!!!!!

I am not a Solange fan and it is not becuase I dont like her. I just dont relate to her music like I do MJB, Keisha Cole, Brandy, Monica or Beyonce. And that does mean she will not be sucessful. But, I love music I can relate too. I have to connect with the song as if the artist knows exactly what I have been thru. I will have to admit I seen her perform live and she did an outstanding job. Keep up the good work. Because it must be hard to make a name for your self with a BIG sis like Beyonce. Solange has a great sense of fashion and her look is more edger the Beyonce. Both of them are on their A game when it comes to fashion. I love to see what they are wearing and I try create that look. So far I have done a good job, because I get a lot of compliants when I do. Mrs. Tina and Mr. Matthew you guys have done a GREAT job with your girls.

Wow, I’m soooooooooooooooooo glad yall are loving this album. Now…I HATE to make comparisons but I mean, really, Solo is Beyonce’s kids sister, and not once has she seemed to copy her, or try too hard and come off as contrived. This is where she’s upstaged Kelly and Michelle.

A wonderfuly album. This and Estelle’s Shine are two albums that will be in HEAVY rotation at my place.

It would be nice to get real reviews from the album buying public rather than to be sublimanally told what to buy and make hot . This is the same type of markeing/advertising that made “no talent” Rhianna a household name. Yall all should really upgrade ur marketing game because this is sooooo tired.

People are stupid on this blog. It’s clear that she’s going to flop. This album do not do any good, even if she tried harder. She can’t last long in this business. So what she got nice songs, but let the sales speak for itself and in fact check back for the sales results which will be out next week.

I am so happy that Solange stuck to her guns and put out an album that reflects who she is. Even it isn’t a blockbuster I am glad that she showed determination and persistance to push her way through the hard times. Great job Solange!
