The music on Solange’s new album isn’t so much representative of Solange’s talent as it is of Cee-Lo’s and other big name producers. She needs to get down on her knees and thank the industry for giving her decent songs; songs that she herself isn’t capable of coming up with, ya dig?

Loves it! She sounds like her sister Bey and I hear Kelly in her voice, too. She grew up around their singing and is related to Bey, so it makes sense. I like that she’s expressing how she feels and not acting like a puppet for the label. And girl can sang. I wish her huge success with this album and beyond!

Not for her commercial appeal, because if you will note, Beyonce has never really modelled anything, just been a face for consumerism. Her body is beautiful, but no one that will garner commercial success. However, her popularity, has gotten her face on many things. Just think about that hard before you comment. I just think that because she is Beyoncé’s sister she can’t help having the same manorisms as a person she was reared with. Other than that I love Solange. I love her style and her blog gives you a more clear picture of who she is as a person. I even liked her first album Solo Star.
