Meagan has the makeup on her nose contoured incorrectly. For the look she’s going for, she should use darker makeup on the sides of her nose and lighter makeup down the bridge. It looks like she’s doing the total opposite, which is why the results look so bad. Also, a nice gloss on the lips wouldn’t hurt. Overall I think she’s a doll.
