Jay-Z and Beyonce were spotted leaving their favorite restaurant the Spotted Pig in NYC on Thursday night.
Beyonce will be performing at the upcoming Fashion Rocks music event being held at Radio City Music Hall on September 5 (peep a photo from the accompanying mag, when you keep reading). Jay, on the other hand, is performing in Washington D.C on Friday for the Africa Rising Festival.

US presidential rivals Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate John McCain are now comic book heroes.
The presumptive nominees for the White House are featured in two new graphic novels that chart each man’s bid to become the next President of the Unites States of America. Each senator appears on the cover of his own book, posed like a superhero standing in front of the American flag. The books, published by IDW Publishing, go on sale October 8th.
OBAMA’S LEAD DWINDLING
Earlier this week, I inaccurately reported that Sen. Barack Obama was leading Sen. John McCain with the largest margin.
In fact, Obama’s lead has decreased over the last few days.
According to Thursday’s Gallup Daily,
The race for the presidency has moved back into a statistical tie…with Barack Obama now ahead of John McCain by just one percentage point, 45 to 44.
Obama and McCain are statistically tied in Florida and Ohio, two key states in the upcoming general election.
