Check out this new song from Tweet. I absolutely love, love, love Tweet. Ever since her debut album, Southern Hummingbird, I have been hooked. Her third album, Love, Tweet is supposed to be coming out this year, and I absolutely loved her first single, “Anymore.” A lot of snippets leaked from the album, but “Hey Baby” is definitely different from everything from the new material that we’ve gotten a hold of. I’m hoping to hear more from her soon.

We recently reported the Bobby Valentino has inked a new deal after his recent split with Disturbing Tha Peace/Def Jam. Here’s new material from him, featuring fellow Atlanta native Yung Joc. Although Bobby’s last album, Special Occasion had a couple of jems on it, I don’t know if I’m loving this new song from him. No word on whether or not this is the first single, we’ll see. More updates on Bobby as information comes out.

It’s good to see that Johnta Austin is still trying. The Stargate-produced “I Need A Girl” is a good song with good potential, but then again, so have Johnta’s other efforts for singles. His album, Ocean Drive was supposed to drop many moons ago, but I’m sure he’s not tripping, because he’s been collecting those residual writing checks from songs that he’s penned for so many R&B acts out these days. Hopefully, his album will drop sometime.

Seems as though Cassie really is branching out with producers this time around. Looks like she’s enlisted The Dream on her project, which was recently pushed back to release in early ’09. No production helps to prove upon Cassie’s voice, but she always delivers you the best productions. But with all the material that’s leaking from the album, will she have anything new for us to hear when the album drops? It’s no “Umbrella,” but whatever.
I like all the songs except for Cassie. I wish she would go away….

damn i’ve never seen that much hate on a female, we all no cassie is not the best vocalist but neither is the-dream himself & singers like rihanna,ciara,britney,madonna, janet & miley cyrus etc. but there still on there grind & I respect that, & females should never hate on each other they should support each other at least she’s not on the block selling her body 2 get what she wants, cause she has the body lol & the song is okay but I like the other songs from cassie that has leaked & I think we minds well get use to her cause she’s not going no were for now

I love the Dream’s production and I always laugh whenever he sings. Cassie really can’t sing lol. This song has me cracking up I’m 4real!!! Pure entertainment! lol. She always has great tracks tho. A waste, a total waste.
According to the numbers most ppl are downloading Cassie’s song out of all the other songs but anyway I agree w/#67 she always have the hottest tracks but her voice just wastes it. I rather hear Danity Kane singing on that track than Cassie though I’m not really a DK fan. The other songs was blahhhhh….
@29–You’re right. Cassie IS talented but her only talent is whatever she’s doing to Diddy on the regular to keep buying her $1k shoes and whatnot and getting her beats (though she might be using her “talent” to get those on her own, ahem). She is a cute, skinny little thing that should try modeling, NOT singing or acting. Just stand there and look cute–like a little puppy. Lol
Bobby V hasn’t really moved me since “Blackberry Molasses” back in the day. Remember Mista? Now, he just makes idiotic lyrics sound even worse with his whiny voice while trying to look all smooth and stuff. Hilarious.
Tweet’s song was removed b/c I guess it wasn’t actually her so I missed whoever it was. Tweet always brings the vocals to the table and I can’t wait for her next real leaked track.

i think cassie is great. her voice is soft but she stays on key. everone hatin off her. she ain’t no mariah or aaliyah but she has some talent and potential. i like her songs ecspecially “My House”
