One Brandy song at a time! More material has leaked from her sessions from the new album, Human, which hits stores November 11th. The production on this is quite interesting, but I’m digging the song. Vocally, Brandy just does it for me. From her crazy vocal arrangements, to her absolutely crazy adlibs, I just love Brandy’s vocal delivery to death. She’s teasing me with this leaked material, because I just have a feeling that the album is going to be pure craziness.

I remember a couple of years ago, LL Cool J and 50 were quite chummy at some award show, so I was interested to see whether or not they would cut some songs together. I guess this is the product of that new-found friendship. “Feel My Heart Beat” is neither here nor there for me. It’s a cut from LL Cool J’s last album on Def Jam, entitled Exit 13. His single, “Baby” featuring The Dream has been doing pretty well, getting love in the clubs and on BET’s 106 & Park. I wonder if this is LL’s last album, or will he be seeking a new deal with a new label after this album drops and his contract is up…

T-Pain just released his new video for his first single, “Can’t Believe It,” from his upcoming, highly anticipated new album, Thr33 Ringz. Although I’m not a huge fan of T-Pain, his talent is undeniable. He truly is a master at what he does, no matter how much I think his music starts to sound the same. T-Pain does what he is paid to do: make hits. “Got To Go” is no different. Not a huge fan of the content, but the song is definitely catchy, with those classic T-Pain harmonies.

So, I’m about tired of all these changes being made about Usher! Apparently, “What’s Your Name?” has been serviced to pop radio, when we were previously informed that Usher was releasing “Trading Places” and “His Mistakes” to radio. Whatever song they choose to go with, they need to go with something quick, considering that it’s been a while since “Moving Mountains” has gotten a lot of video and radio play. Usher needs to drop a single and video quick if he expects to keep the lukewarm Here I Stand afloat.

Talking abot Auto Tune. Im starting to think that people a while ago weren dissing cassie saying she couldnt Sing (story of her life lol). Matter fact she has her own distinct voice.music has no limits and boundries.Ahem.why is ok for t pain to sing with a vocoder and cassie gets the slack for her her voice being medicore.however its unique in its own way.its not being being about the best singer,theirs loads of them its aboutt having the X factor.lol. i knowcorny but it takes two tango. so if t pain good on the rapping side,why try being a phoney singer. i guess guys can be schovinist.

Luke warm to describe Ushers album was real generous. It is the most overrated disappointment in a while, i think that every unreleased track i’ve heard is better than a song on the album. I think he needs to scrap it and start again.

We all know Cassie can’t sing, however they do produce songs for her that she is able to ride. You cannot deny that fact that she sounds hot on “Addiction”. And btw Im not a Cassie stan, I just like music.
The Brandy song is nice. A mellow song with a catchy chorus. My favorite its still Porcelain Doll. The lyrics in that song are so sick.

I like the Brandy song but Porcelain Doll is simply beautiful! Her vocals are unlike any other chick in the game….she’s simply amazing. But I find that there are so many people that just don’t get her. Her music is the type that you really have to study to get the full effect….bump that shit in your car or on your iPod with ear plugs to hear those gorgeous harmonies. Lots of people with musical talent get it but if you don’t have the ear for music I’m not surprised that you don’t understand her abilities. That lower register of hers….man I can go on and on!
“What’s Your Name” is a much better choice for a single. It should definitely push some more units for him, which we all know he needs. Now that mama’s back on board, maybe things will be done the right way. I used to Stan for Ursh, hard body, but here laltely, he just hasnt been doing it.
