I don’t see anything that bad about the video personally. What I got from it was basically she wants to be her bosses’ official girl and the pictures represented showing him what he’s gonna miss out on if he doesn’t make her the official girl. But knowing Bad Boy, that was probably too “deep” for them to even think of. LOL.

First, Wayne was definately unncessary. If anything, his appearance appears so contrived and forced. Second, I actually like the song PRIOR to the video and Lil Wayne edition. As Brian accurately noted, the video is just…blah, absolutely NOTHING exciting. The typical parade of clothes, or lack there of! Perhaps it was more advantageous for her album to be pushed to ‘09. She would have to compete with Ciara, Solange, Beyonce, and perhaps a Rhianna song (sighting, endorsement, fanfare) in the fall/winter.

I haven’t read all the posts yet so apologies if you’ve heard it all before. This video is poor, i can’t believe after all that hype this is what was produced. The video has no concept, it patchy and bitty. It seems that Cassie has stepped up her dancing game since… well, every other video she has ever done, but to be honest it screams poor mans Aaliyah. Cassie in various states of dress and undress maybe is turning a few men on but i just found it tacky, more tackier than i sometimes find Rhianna.
I think Cassie is an attractive girl (not as attractive as everyone else thinks) but it just shows that when you have a rubbish video and weak song you have nothing, she could’ve easily been a girl starring in a lil’ wayne video with the volume turned down. I’d like to think that when i put in a cd and hear the music, without the videos, outfits and makeup its still a pleasurable experience and i think there are a few artists that don’t fit that bill. The industry needs to change.
