Well, for anyone that is familiar with how satellite feeds work, I can understand how she mistook the introduction given to her. All you hear is what’s coming in the ear piece, and if someone tells you you’re live, you think that what’s being said is on television. She thought that her introduction included the references to Jay-Z’s club.

I don’t think she handled it in the best way, but I can understand being upset. You go to promote something that you’ve worked hard on, and the first thing a reporter mentions (you think) is a story about someone else, more famous, but connected to you. She does need to learn how to play the game a little better…but I like a lil sass.

I think she handled it perfectly. Journalism is definitely at an all time low and it seems like anything goes when it comes to them trying to make a “good” story. Media has so much power in this day and age and they can turn something untrue and irrelevant into something that everyone believes and is on the front page of every outlet. I think celebrities should definitely start taking a stand and not let themselves be taken advantage of and maybe the media, or paparazzi or whoever will fall back a bit. I wouldn’t count on it though.

One thing that does annoy me though is when an artist says buy my “record”. A record is only one song. They need to say buy my “album” which means media that includes all the records. Just a pet peeve of mine. Later!

There’s a way to duck & dodge questions you don’t want to answer. Someone needs to sign her up for that class STAT. While she was harping on the reporter calling her unprofessional, she didn’t realize she was in fact the unprofessional one. That reporter handled herself very well given the situation.
