solange is starting to get on my nerves….i liked her when she was out doin her thing at first… her album was good but i dunt see her acheivment…her album flopped….she’s doin all these great things for the simple fact that she’s beyonces sister…dont get me wrong, if i was beyonces sister i would take advantage of all the good stuff that come along with it too like buyin expensives things and goin to exclusive parties, but there’s no reason for paparazzi to be taking her pictures or for her to be in gossip tabloids or recieve any press. she has not yet earned that star quality yet.

I do not have issues with Celebes I like too be impressed with true Talent. If Aaliyah was still around you would hear me praising her like a FAN. But sorry…Usher, Kelly and Solange don’t move me…..at all. I just think music is in a really BAD place. People like Santogold and M.I.A have to take back seats to people like Neyo and Beyonce and to me that is just not right. But as long as you have people who praise mediocrity things will be the same on these cites. But I do like that Concrete Loop tries to mix things up. I’m sorry but Solange is so fake and lame – she blatantly copied a Katie Holmes outfit. That cardigan, the rolled up jean, and soft/girly heel…go google Katie and “rolled” and you’ll see what I mean. It’s the exact look and she had the audacity to change out of that horrible cheap skirt and into the jeans like it was an original look. LAME and inherently tacky!
I just got it – this woman designed that mess Solange wore to Fashion Rocks. She looked so disgusting and further solidified her place as the butt of every Knowles joke. She should just go away…she’s got no redeeming qualities! Beyonce, at least, is beautiful.

Solange does pose with her chin down in all pictures. I thought I was the only one who noticed that. She’s not slick. She’s trying to make her face look not as long by doing so. Either way, her face is still long. And yes, like another reader said, Solange is trying to do an edgy look like Rihanna. Solange can’t pull it off because she doesn’t have the face or body (even though she has a nice slim figure). Plus, Solange is kind of whack and like people said, has zero personality. It’s why she’s always trying to create some kind of image– one minute she’s “raggae,” then she turns “artistic & eclectic” then she’s “badass,” then she’s “diva.” No ma’am. I tried to like her I did but I could just see straight thru this marketing ploy she calls an image. But leave it to Concreteloop to post about her.
