First off to kill some of your stereotypes that you believe all black people do, I am 23yrs old with a masters in architecture, I have no children, never smoked anything in my life, have a home and a car as well as a woman of God. On top of that I work my tail off, maybe even more that you do designing some of the buildings you probably wallk into. I am an independent voter like yourself and am for Obama. With all that said let me tap on your ignorance door since you seem to forget things. You said you came from a family not so wealthy and you’ve come up since then, I applaud you for doing something good with your life.
-You remember that public school you went to? You thought only your mom and dad paid for it? No it was people taxes that paid for it.
-That free lunch you may have gotten, yup our taxes paid for it.
-That free bus/ train pass you received, or that ride on the school bus you got…our taxes.
-The wic checks your mom probably got when she was pregnant with you…our taxes.

There’s plenty more but I’m not in the mood for it. It’s selfish people like yourself that makes our economy worse. First off stop crying about the taxes that will go up for you. You want tax relief, yet you have been getting tax relief everytime a republican has been in office. Wanna know how? First off the percentage of taxes you pay with your “very good money” is based on the salary of a poor person so you never was really paying any real taxes to begin with. Since both the poor and rich pay a low percentage of taxes, who do you think makes up for it? Oh yeh it’s the college student that spent years in school and works her tail off or other middle class families that may not have produced a wealthy lifestyle, but a comfortable that is now being pushed by the rich people’s selfishness. I’m tired of it and it’s about time to give in your share so I would not have to pay your way with you good money and all. Stop being so selfish and ignorant. Of course they will forever play the stereotype in your ear about how you’ve done so well and that everyone who makes less than you only make less because they are dope feens and people that don’t go to work. That’s nowhere near the truth, some are, but not all. Get off your high horse and pay back those taxes your parents used for you to get to where you are now. The reason that OBAMA is losing in the polls because he is not saying anything. He good with speeches, but get him in a conversational style debate- He’s horrible. You all know that. My mom said she just got three more people to register to vote, just by asking them whether they were already registered and finding out that they thought they “couldn’t” for one reason or another. All it takes is asking people and lending a hand if necessary to help them to get registered. Let’s start this move as a community and lifting each other up for change people! It starts with us! Let’s do this!

My sister (Clark Atlanta student) is hosting voters registration drives on campus and across ATL and said she even got some homeless people registered to vote - I didn’t even know that the homeless could vote, but legally they can! I learned something new and am spreading the word…do the same.
