Check out the second single from Robin Thicke’s new album, “The Sweetest Love.” I think he gave us a little something unexpected with the first single, “Magic,” and it seemed to have caught on really well. I think “The Sweetest Love” will be something that he will reconnect to his fans with, especially those who fell in love with Thicke on his second album, The Evolution of Robin Thicke. A lot of folks don’t even realize that A Beautiful World was his first album.

Here’s the remix to Ne-Yo’s second single, “Miss Independent.” In all honesty, this is a completely different song to me. Ne-Yo actually just shot a video for this new song in LA over the past weekend. It’s supposed to feature more of the industry’s most independent girls. With Jamie Foxx on the track, does this mean he’s coming out with another album? We’ll see. It’s crazy to me that Jamie started to hang around Tank on his last album, Unpredictable, and now he just starts to sound like him to me.

A slew of Ciara material leaked today, and out of the songs, the Danja-produced “Echo” is my favorite. It seems as though CiCi really had a lot more material to choose from than I though, judging from that first single choice with T-Pain. I’m a little scared for Ciara this time around – only because I think she’s a little scared for herself. All this posing nude, and talks of her trying to rival with Rihanna and Beyonce. I just think she’s worried about the wrong thing this time around.

Originally, this song was titled “Good Girl, Good Man,” when it leaked in snippet form, but the full version has been retitled “Man In Your Life.” I like Joe a lot, especially things that he did vocally on his last album, Ain’t Nothin’ Like Me. I just think that he needs the right push. “Man In Your Life” was produced by Polow Da Don and pretty much sounds like the identical twin of Nas’s first single, “Hero,” which featured Keri Hilson.
Love the Ne-Yo joint, the Robin Thicke is cool. The Joe joint is smooth even though using a beat that came out a few weeks ago is so 90′s.

The best tracks were Neyo’s & Robyn Thicke’s. The rest were blah. I was expecting Joe to come better than this. Ciara, I’m not really surprised. All her stuff is starting to sound alike. If this album is garbage, then its gonna be hard for Ciara to stay relevant.
I’m going to need Ciara to find another line of work because her singing is awful. I remember her first performance on 106 & Park and she sounded like a strangled cat…her vocals are membrane thin as quoted in Vibe when her last CD came out.

Joe- Pretty lame that he is using the exact same beat, maybe polow issued it out to both of them and nas got it, and joes song was just a studio thing and is not really going to be on any album or radio.

sounds a little stevie wonder-like, but not quite,lol! I was waiting for a great ending that Robin is known for but it never happened, it just kind of dragged on so was left kind of hanging…anyway, still looking forward to his new album!!! Magic is great single..i love the lyrics!!!!

I love that Neyo track. Its been on repeat. Its very sexy and I love the R&B sound and harmonies during Neyo’s verse. Fab topped it off, and Jamie Sounds nice as well. I like that it doesnt sound like a Neyo track with that typical 1-2 beat he always uses.
The Ne-Yo track is sooooooo hot! I’ve been bumpin it since I heard it! I love this song! I truly do and THIS is how you do a remix. Shit is sooooo hot. I haven’t gotten to the rest of the songs yet lol.
Robin Thicke you are singing @ my wedding! I love this man! This song is sooo idk how to describe it. I love how his voice flows over a track. Reminds me of some old school w/ the track and the horns in the background. Kinda like some old Earth, Wind and Fire type stuff. I can’t wait for his album to come out cuz I STILL bump “The Evolution of Robin Thicke.”

Ciara is one of those artists who got lucky and arrived in front of a producer at the right place and right time like Rihanna, Cassie, Ashanti. If you really look at her, she’s not that talented. She’s not diverse or creative. She also doesn’t have much to work with with her image. She will always be that Crunk N B girl who could dance better than the average person. Also, she made a very stupid decision to start selling sex. I hate when females sell sex, makes me not respect them, but she’s the type who couldn’t get away with it like Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Fergie ect… This song is okay, I like the chorus, but I would get tired of it after 10 times.
I hate that Ne-Yo remix. Jamie’s voice gets on my nerves. I love the beat of the original “She got her own thing” but Ne-Yo’s voice sounds annoying on the song. I need the instrumental, on the original.

Ciara’s track, I like it but its not what she normally puts out. It sounds like something Beyonce or Amerie would sing. But oh well she has to make money its a lot of competition in the industry. I like the Neyo and Jamie Fox single. Another definite buy. Joe’s song well it’s good but sounds all too familiar.

Love Ne-yo, dude has a nice mellow voice that can ride pretty much any song imo. Everyone did their thing on this song and it’s a completely different feel from the original, which I love by the way.
I agree that this Ciara song is just okay. I see a lot of people dislike her for whatever reason, It’s definitely more than just disliking her music.
