I like it. Very futuristic – I just thought she would have taken more of a visual perspective on the things she’s talking about during the song. And give a creative light from that standpoint instead of just performing and walking down a runway.
But it’s the first video … I’m sure she has many more to come.

Wow, if you think that she is nothing new…or that this video is just like Hey ya, you clearly dont understand the Metropolis/Blade Runner storyline or inspiration. Thats ok, nobody expected everyone to understand. The song Many Moon and the story that goes with it is much deeper than it appears…
I dig all kinds of music but this has me with ??? marks. I don’t get her at all. What is she even talking about, her pics look great & futuristic but then when she sings, that ish isn’t futurist at all she’s dancing like she’s straight out the 60′s and not into the future.. I’m happy that she got fans cuz I’m not one of em. Maybe if she had 1 song I could get into, i’d understand but how she gone release more albums & nobdoy can understand the first. Regardless, much success in 2008 & beyond… I want you to get ur paper.

(guy that takes off white mask) I don’t mind that she has that Andre 3000 swagger but she is a woman and her music is nowhere near the same and 3 stacks, I just think this particular song does because Outkast had something to do with it.

Andre 3000 is not the guitar player. I was at the shoot. That is another guy in a wig. i am sooo excited that the video came out great. The shoot was awesome and Janelle looks amazing.
