Halle is beautiful and her body is fabulous!! All shades of women, from the lightest to the darkest, are beautiful. We have our opinion and should not be called ignorant for it. Some people can think you’re ignorant by words you chose to use. But do they really know?
I have never posted on this website before, but felt I needed to. I am so sick of women talking about these celebrities being “so beautiful” and “natural beauties.” Believe me, make-up does wonders. Hollywood is a facade. Without make-up, these women look just like you and me. There is no such thing as natural in Hollywood. People wonder why Halle Berry can’t seem to keep a man, considering how “beautiful” she is. Because these “beautiful” people have issues and relationships just like we do. Behind closed doors they’re just like we are. We see them after the hours of hair and make-up. The people they live with see them with crust in their eyes and morning breath. We see them sucked in and wrapped up in shapewear and dresses that cost thousands of dollars. Their boyfriends/spouses see them in sweats and body flaws, just like ours. Behind closed doors, they argue, fight, disagree and deal with the same issues we do. Hollywood is make believe.
You guys are funny…talking about Halle keeping a man. Eric cheated on her!!! Should she have stayed? You guys act as if you have only been with one man and will be for the rest of your life!! Most of us have been a few different relationships, the difference is, they are not all displayed to the public. She has been with this man for a few years and still seems happy. Sis, not just women, but many people have an issue with the things that I say and none of it is relevant to me unless that person can retort what I say with right and exact facts. Black people’s major issues are that 1) they’re not logical thinkers and way too emotional about everything 2) they don’t want you to say anything about the white man 3) they don’t want you to say anything about blacks, lol. 4) our race is the only race on earth that believes women are above men. So basically, blacks like things as they are but want to complain. If I was a black woman raised in this society, inundated with the images that this society puts forth, I would be against someone like myself too, lol.
In regards to black men with non-white women as opposed to black women with non-black men, the situations are not “equal” because men and women are not “equal”. Sis, I deal with facts and history, not embracing confusion. The nations that I speak of are the biblical nations. A “nation” in the Bible is what we might loosely term a “race” today. It’s not a land mass of governmental citizens as has been re-taught and mis-taught by the current powers. That is how you get past and beyond all the confusion and rigmarole of “we’re all mixed”. The seedline travels through the father. No disrespect but you did all that traveling, but did you understand what you saw? I never tried to offend you. You bring it up because you must have been offended. Wait; I know, “No black man can offend or define you.”, right? Lol, that was cute. I can’t relate to what you’re talking about so I can’t speak to what you’ve experienced sis. I do know this, the women of the other races are raised with the man in the home and see the dynamics of a male and female in the same home. They understand how to COMPLEMENT (not “compliment”, for my illiterate stalkers) their man. This is why I maintain that the feminist movement has affected the black community more than any other. Many black women look at the black man as their competition. This is why sisters will tell me on this site, “we need to sit down and talk it out, not place blame….”. They mean that black men should bargain with the black woman for respect. That will not happen. This society will fall and in the midst of that, the black man will be forced to become a man and the black woman will be forced to fall back off all that nonsense. A race is only as strong as it’s men, because the nature of the woman is to be subservient to whoever is in power.
Deep down, these women of the other races only want the black man for his strong masculine image and penis but they understand where many black women are coming up short (very damn short), that being in the ability to understand how to understand their man. This is why black men say what they say, in my view, about the women of the other races. That doesn’t make it true at all. In my opinion the white woman is a bigger devil than her man. We have to understand, the black man is a simple creature. The white man runs these black magazines and the covers always have stupid ass titles like “99 ways to please your man!!”, or “47 ways to keep your man!!!”, lol. Yes, there is a large % of blacks that do grow up in broken homes (non marital households) but to just make a blanket statement that, those who do grow up in 2 parent households understand a man’s role better is insane. I did not grow up in a 2 parent household (I was raised by my grandmother) and I always knew what role I was born to play. However, I also knew better than to let a confused man lead me (confused men exist in al races, even whites).
