It’s funnyman Dave Chappelle! The comedian was spotted walking down the streets of Soho with his wife Elaine and two sons (Sulayman and Ibrahim) carrying a JFK illustrated skateboard.
Since “The Chappelle Show”, Dave has been touring here and there doing stand up and was last spotted on stage on New York.

Dave has said SEVERAL times on his show about his wife. One quote was “For those that don’t know, my wife is Asian. We argue all the time when we watch sports, like when we see Tiger Woods and argue about which side of him is hitting the ball so good”.
And the skit where he’s getting back at this ex-girlfriend by having her leave her man to go take a plane and live with him, then shows up with his wife and kids.

This dude is a comedian that has done skits about all ethinicities just as Richard Pryor, Red Foxx, Robin Harris, and many other comedians. I’m not clear on why you feel this way.
Also, as many of the other posts have mentioned, if you had actually watched the series, you would know that he is married to an Asian woman.
