I KNOW the poor guy has gone through some hard times in the last year (mother’s passing, split from Alexis), but I think this “black geek” gimmick is contrived, stage managed and cliched. I like his individuality and all that, but I can’t help but feel it was devised by his label. The whole thing looks extremely well-manufactured to really be Kanye.
Hopefully he will stop being so arrogant, whiny and egomaniacal.
