I am going to stop reading these blogs because there is a lot of negativity on them. Considering all of these hurtful things that are being said on the internet, I wonder how these celebrities are so successful.

Anyway, coming from a young person (20 years old) who enjoys music, I am truly tired and turned off from the music industry as of now. All the songs out, as of late, have no true substance, they are all packaged and formulated.

I don’t know about the rest of you guys, but I will be purchasing Beyonce’s album. I like her and her message “INDEPENDENCE.” Though it may not come in pretty and poppy sounds, that the message.

The song might not have been the focus of the post, however, it’s the reason for the post cause the pics are basically promotional photos to bring attention to her impending cd……..

People forget that blogs are blogs and on it is not the opinion of the entire world. When there is a Beyonce post there are lets say 300 comments, people dont take into consideration that there maybe only be 100 people commenting but leaving double or triple comments which makes up 300, so technically she is not getting as many people commenting as it may seem.
Outside of blogs people can care less about what Beyonce is doing because there are more things to be concerned with like finances or healthcare. Most people that I talk to in “real life” dont even like Beyonce and thinks her songs are annoying but kids, tweens, teens, gays and early adults are the one’s selling her concerts out or buying her records….adults that I know are listening to Jill Scott, E. Badu, or 70’s/80’s music.
There is not a balance in music, kids think that Beyonce is the greatest thing because they dont see anyone else doing it performing like her, only her. Back in the day in one era there was Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, Patti & Labelle’s, and Michael Jackson so people had choices and not one person was monopolizing the music industry….and there was real competition.

That industry is NOT easy for Beyonce - who is an African American woman. She is constantly being compared and critizied by not only whites, but blacks as well and more so by blacks because, we are so jealous of each other and hateful and spiteful. If the truth be told, if most of the posters had the opp. to change places with Bey - you would in a heart beat. This woman has been truly blessed and she is NOT proud about it, she is very humbled in spirit and grateful. She has a loving family, a husband who loves her, a great career and maybe children on the way, so what more can anyone ask for?
