Police sources have confirmed that William Balfour, the suspect in the shooting deaths of Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother has been taken into police custody. However, Julian King, Hudson’s 7-year-old nephew who was taken from the murder scene, is still missing. Sources say Balfour has refused to provide information on King’s location. No charges have been filed. Craig Wall has the latest on the developing story.

This is terrible tragic news…..How can you be so heartless that you could kill this humbled sweet-hearted woman’s entire family? Jennifer is never really dressed up like she has money unless it is for promotions or heels. This was not a random crime this was someone who resided in the same household as Jennifer’s mom.
